Caught them shorthanded on a busy night. Had to wait a bit, and the order wasn't right, but I'm lousy at drive thru orders and my hearing isn't great, so it may have been my fault. But I had a six year old grandson who wanted a hot dog with just ketchup I know who got lots of onions, relish, and mustard. But rather than complaining, we just went home and made another one. Sonic is usually pretty good. Kid-friendliness: Kids love food coming to the car!
This used to be a favorite lunch stop but lately the food and service has gone steadily downhill. Our last visit took 25 minutes to get served and the food was wrong and cold. There are plenty of other fast food places nearby!Food: 1/5
I’m giving this five stars because the runner who brought our food is awesome. Polite thorough and totally represents this restaurant well. “You have a great day Miss” If it weren’t for him I would probably be giving it a three only because the lettuce is brown and gross and they seem to have changed their burgers and I’m not a fan and I probably won’t come back for the burger but I would come back for other things and because of this employee
Our small order took 15 minutes only for it to arrive at our car only half-decent. Our drive through worker didn’t take the correct order we gave them, and the food we got didn’t match its description. I would NOT recommend to ANYONE.Food: 1/5
Had slushes on a hot day and it hit the spit, service was a tad slow. Not horribly but it could of been a bit quicker. Store looked well kept from the lot.Food: 5/5
There is always a bit longer of a wait when you go to sonic. It's to be expected at any location you go to. However, the last time I was at this location I waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru line. 17 of those minutes was waiting in front of the speaker just to place my order.Food: 4/5
Sonic has always been a great stop for a quick bite, especially if you have picky eaters, selections are simple and easy, which is what I love.Food: 4/5
I'm from the south and Sonic was a staple from my childhood. With so many options in Chicagoland, I never think to stop here, but I saw the half of drink sign. Definitely not the slushie from my youth, but also the half of drinks were still pricey.
The service at our local Sonic was great. The staff were fast and friendly. The Buffalo chicken and tots were delicious. We loved the slushes too. We will definitely be back again soon. Bonus was getting to see some cool cars.
Every few months, I try this place again. For literally years, the drive-thru microphone has been broken. I give my order - I have to repeat it 5 times, and then they still repeat back the wrong order. And I drive away and go to Wendys.
