This place is great. The service is friendly and fast. The decor is fun. Most importantly, the food is absolutely superb. If you like top shelf Mexican cuisine, Don Margarota's deserves a visit. Highly recommended.

We were killing some time waiting for my husband to get off work. Decided to stop for drinks and order food to-go after drinks. We opted for a small app, chips and cheese sauce. The $4 cheese sauce was in a very small bowl. It was watered down. They forgot to bring it to our table. We nicely asked for it. They brought our check without asking if we wanted anything else. Then they charged us twice for the unappealing cheese. Kinda rude about explaining the charges on our bill. So we decided to get our actual to-go dinner elsewhere. Doubt I'll return.

Juan and the staff are really doing a great job. The food is consistently good, service is superb, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the place is spotless. We’ve seen consistent improvement since they’ve opened. Keep up the great work!

As a long-time resident of Yellow Springs, I can honestly say we were all THRILLED when this nice little Mexican-style eatery opened up, on the south edge of town! It's most definitely decorated with originality, service is quick, and several of the recipes come from family heritage. I give it three-and-a-half to four YUMS.

This place is hit or miss with the Margaritas. Disappointed that there is no horchata yet. Food is decent and not expensive. Service is subpar when there is a lot of customers, because there tends to be one waiter at a time. But when the place is empty, and the margaritas are on 10, this place is a gold mine!!

The best Mexican food in Ohio. Real Margaritas. If you like hot food, add a side of grilled jalapenos. Genuine!
