Please avoid the frustration that I’m going through right now and do not stay at this hotel! It’s dirty, there’s paint chips falling all over in my shower and tub so no you’re not able to just take a shower or bath for that matter without paint chips getting all over you. Don’t ask for a towel and wash cloth very stingy with supplies and they would like to do a one from one exchange which is an a problem but they always don’t have a clean towel to give you back. Management is not understanding nor helpful her name was Maria. My dresser drawers will not stay close unless I keep pieces of cardboard in between the drawers to keep closed. This place is not worth $50 a night. There are no amenities I am using soft shower curtains as an extra blanket as I said they are not accommodating with extra supplies as if you are going to run off with their stuff. I’m here trying to heal from surgery and if you are coming down and you need a place to lay up for a couple of weeks this is not it!!! There is no guard rails in the bathrooms hell you’re lucky to get toilet tissue! The walls are paper thin so you will hear people on top of you and beside you all night and staff will not come and clean as it that is not part of their job. I’m OK with cleaning while I’m staying however I came into the dwelling filthy. The stucco walls have dirt crevices everywhere very frustrated and I am not having a peaceful healing due to this hotel I would hate to see anyone go through what I’m going through avoid this place at all cost!!!!! If I can figure out how to upload pictures I definitely will do so pictures and videos…

If I could give no stars I would. This hotel is not worth it. I booked a Double and when I get into the room it is a Single so I go to the front office show Guest Services what I have and they said it’s not what our system shows. Yet never shows me what it shows. So not only did my daughter have to sleep on a couch for four days it ruined how she felt because of her back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! The room had all kinds of stains on the flooring and other places. They are not friendly at all. When you try to address them with an issue it’s like you are bothering them. Don’t waste your time/ money in this place. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

It's a great place but don't let the facade deceive you at first sigth, because once you in, the rooms are quite wide and pretty comfortable. Additionally the complex style is so nice. We enjoy it too much.Rooms: 5/5

Pictures are deceiving because the property is very old and maintenance has been poor. The penthouse that we rented had broken sofa. They provide less number of towels then the number of people and you have to return used towels to get new ones and the worst part was that they ran out of fresh towels so we had to wait couple of hours to get fresh towels. Their wi-fi is very spotty, doesn't work in the rooms but at the front desk. They charge top dollars but it was a disappointment. Breakfast options are extremely limited but vegetarians/vegans.

They claim to be wheelchair, handicap accessible. There are no pots, pans, ceiling fan, alarm clock nor handicap bars  in our room.  When asked for toilet paper, paper towel, clean  linen; we had to go to the front office to get it. To obtain clean linen. I had to actually carry the dirty ones over to front desk, watch them count it before they would give us clean ones. You can see years worth of dirt on walls and under furniture. Bathtub has been painted and paint continuously falls into the tub as you shower. I would not have this on anybodys site to rent to any human being that cares about their health. The pictures on Trip Advisor site clearly are not recent or possibly not from this establishment. This place is extremely disgusting, overrated and unfit for humans. They do not deserve to be listed on anybody’s site! I give it a 10*minus rating! NEVER AGAIN!

I was having a really stressful day, things hadn’t been going as planned all day. But as soon as I got to the property and spoke with the gentleman at the recepción, my mood shifted. He was so welcoming and helpful and really made me feel special, he put his time and effort in helping accommodate my stay and making things possible for me, he was extremely considerate and showed his interest in helping my day get better. So thank you to that young man he deserves 10 stars. And the only reason I didn’t give my stay a 5 star, is because the room wasn’t quite as shown online, furniture was breaking from how old it was, tv didn’t have decent enough cable so I wasn’t able to use. And the kitchen utensils were extremely dirty, also I was given opened shampoo and conditioner bottled they were half empty. Lastly breakfast was decent but you had to eat at the diner, you weren’t allowed to leave with anything to go, which was not convenient for me at all.

First and foremost this  place is horrific! No towels available, no toilet paper available, poor cleaning and blood stains in the deteriorated bathroom walls.  Maybe there are rooms that are upgraded and l was not aware cuz to say this place is great when it needs to be updated is mind bobbling.

We were scammed for our security deposit. We even spoke with them on the phone and they could not tell us why it was not refunded. They claimed it was a hold but it has now been weeks. The room was nothing like the photos. Worst room we have ever stayed inRooms: 1/5

Beautiful suites, near an unheated poolhot tub was broken great price but planes loud and landing CLOSELY overhead, and a loud TRSIN went through CLOSE ..But the noise was minimal at night, so I really liked this place..Rooms: 4/5

Absolutely perfect. I mean I saw all one start reviews and was kind of surprised to see how well managed this hotel is. Nothing at all is true when people complained about the staff not doing their work, roaches all around but I had totally the opposite experience. I am surprised to see people complaining about the airplane  noise , the name of the hotel in itself is Doral Inn & Suites Miami Airport west , it is near to the airport what do you think how the airplanes will land if they don’t make noise while landing or taking off. The room was perfect , it was all cleaned and packed with utensils and coffee. The front desk was available for all our queries , the breakfast was good and no complaints I can make of. If I visit Miami again then I will surely stay here again
