My hygienist is the best. She is always so kind and greets me remembering what we talked about 6min prior. She is gentle and always asks me to tell her if she need to stop at any time. All staff members are polite and attentive. The Dentist is thorough and ask questions to make sure that I am satisfied and doing well with my dental hygiene.
I have been a patient at Double Oak Mountain Dentistry for almost 20 years. I have recommended several friends and family to go there as well. The front office staff are always so friendly and amazing to work with. My hygienist Kim is the most amazing person. Always friendly and does a great job. I am moving to a new area and have thought seriously about driving almost 4 hours just to see this dentist office. I highly recommend becoming a patient!
Awesome! Kim does the best cleaning I’ve ever experienced. The new doctor is super nice and very thorough. Enjoyed meeting her today as well. The staff is also friendly and efficient getting me in and out quickly. Billing is also good at taking care of issues with insurance and easy to work with.
Excellent staff, technicians & dentists. I am always warmly greeted when I walk in the door and the wait has always been surprising short. I leave with my teeth/mouth so clean & fresh that I don't want to eat for days to preserve the feeling. I feel like the DR'S exam is thorough and he never seems in a hurry to rush away. GREAT SERVICE!
I went for a cleaning today. Everyone was very friendly. The lady who cleaned my teeth had very steady hands and did a great job. The dentist was very nice. All the employees were nice. I did not have to wait long. I recommend Double Oak Mountain.
I was referred to Dr. James Samford at Double Oak Mountain Family Dentistry by a friend and co worker. I had my inital visit today. WOW!!! The entire staff here is AMAZING!!! The ladies at the front desk were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They called my insurance company before I even went back, to make sure which procedures were covered and which ones were not. When I was finished, the staff at the front desk called another office that I needed to make an appointment for, and made the appointment for me. Did I mention how AMAZING the entire staff was? I'm sorry that I forgot everyone's names, but I won't forget how you made me feel welcome and valued. Thank you again!!!
I’ve been coming to this office for over 10 years— even after moving to Michigan, I still kept the same dentist office. Always a pleasant experience and Alicia at the front desk is so helpful. I was sad to see my hygienist retire but all good things must come to an end! Love the staff at Double Oak Mountain Family Dentistry
The hygienist and font desk workers are so kind and wonderful. Really helped me feel at ease, especially because I really don’t love going to the dentist. I’ve seen numerous doctors there and they are all amazing. They always tell me what they’re doing, and why they’re doing it. 10/10 would recommend
I LOVE Double Oak Mountain Family Dentistry! I have been going there for years and years and every single person I’ve encountered there was super friendly and caring. I used to hate going to the dentist, but it is actually a super-pleasant experience now.
I'm so sorry that I'm moving out of the Birmingham area and won't be able to come back to DOMFD! They are the best run doctor's office of any type I've ever seen. The dentists and dental hygienists are absolutely top notch and they always remember you by name. Whenever I've checked in they just seem to know me already, I never have to even tell them my name! And when you call them on the phone, you actually talk to a person, not an automated voice menu!
