The whole experience is the best for the kids and the parents. I had to take both my 8 and 6 year old in for filling and I was a bit nervous. It was my sons first filling and they were doing them at the same time, I didn’t know how I would be in both places. But the staff took great care and kept me right where I needed to be. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely use them in all future dental needs for my kids.
Best experience ever! All nurses on 3rd floor, I’m in love with. Everyone was really nice and I am very happy with the service my son received. Got to say this hospital beats the customer service, great staff, cleanliness, docs, etc. from any hospital back home, California even my husband was amazed by the service we received
Always an amazing experience. Very nice & patient staff. Happy and clean environment. The TV’s and sweet personalities are a plus. My little one loves going to the dentist. They make it very fun for her while doing an amazing job on her teeth and making sure they are doing the job correctly and always explains everything to us in a way we can understand. Dr. Jeff and his staff is AMAZING! And have been amazing the last 3 years we’ve been coming. The best care possible. Couldn’t have picked a more amazing dentist office.
The very best pediatric dentistry facility I've ever been to. My daughter was comfortable with Dr. Jeff and his staff, and that's rare. Very clean, state of the art equipment, warm and welcoming. Deserves 100 stars. My daughter is on the spectrum and their patience with getting her there was amazing. Thank you for all your help, we appreciate you all.
I have tried out multiple pediatric dentists for my kids. I was referred to Oak Mountain and they did amazing work on multiple cavities for my 5-year old last year and made him feel very comfortable. We came back for a cleaning and exam recently and we were both so surprised how quickly and efficiently we were seen and taken care of. Clean, friendly office and staff and Dr. Jeff is really caring and down to earth, with good vibes all around. My son was nervous before we went but afterwards he kept saying how much he likes it there and is excited to go back. As a parent it’s such a relief and good feeling to find a provider that really knows how to run an office and how to treat people. There’s several dentists closer to home but it’s absolutely worth the 35 minute drive for me.
My kids love going to the dentist. Every single person you come in contact with there is outstanding and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure my kids have a good experience. Both Drs. are wonderful and kind and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
The whole staff is just absolutely wonderful, friendly, and nice! I also love the fact that I don’t have to go talk to 3 different people to schedule the next appointment for the kids, they do it right there while in the chair! It was such a relief finding such a wonderful dentist for my kids after moving! Highly recommend!!!
I recently switched my 1 yr old daughter to this dentist. They have the sweetest staff. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and explain things very well. Dr. Jeff Flannery recently did our daughters crowns at Childrens he made us feel very comfortable in a somewhat stressful situation with her cavities. Very efficient did a great job! They are very patient with my daughter even though she becomes a bit impatient. Great staff is always important when we take our children to their dental or medical needs and this dentist isn’t the exception.
My daughter LOVES coming here! Came for our routine cleaning, but also had a tooth extraction per orthodontist recommendation. My daughter was not scared at all because of how friendly the staff is here every time we visit and how quick and painless it is! Thanks Dr. Jeff and staff!
My son had a fun first time visit! He is 5yo and he was treated like a VIP. The staff showed him all the tools and let him touch them. He was silly and also enjoyed the x-ray part. The staff had fun letting him be curious. He left happy and teeth cleaned.
