Dr. B and his staff are great! Been going there for a few years now, never a problem. They are always very efficient when it comes to the timeliness of appointments and are quick to get you in for emergencies!
I recently changed my dentist. I have been saying for years that I was going to switch. My husband has been a patient for years. I knew when he took my husband in as a emergency patient and made a miracle...He is definitely the dentist to have! So far, it has been a great decision! Dr. Timothy Haywood and his staff are very friendly! The service is quick and he is very knowledgeable! Dr. Haywood made me very comfortable and welcomed me into the Inverness Family Denistry Family with no hesitation!
I've gone to this dentist for years now. They always know how to help me and the schedule is so easy. I used to have Dr. Lakhanpal but Dr. Buczek is just as good! He's very personable and efficient with time. I would recommend this place to anyone needing dentist. Front desk is super nice too!
REALLY RECOMMEND this Family Dentistry. Dr. Haywood and his team are awesome. They’re attentive, patient and gentle when possible, and are willing to educate you on your individual dental hygiene and needs.
Everything was so clean an the environment was very friendly and professional.. The doctor was very Informant of what was going on. The hygienist was also very knowledgeable of her craft. I think her name is Tiffany . She was so gentle an very patient with me. The customer service is the best .. I definitely will refer family,friends an coworkers to this facility. This was my first time at this dental office. I used to go to a dental office in Pelham, but the drive became too cumbersome. So, I needed to go to a dental office where its location was convenient. I decided to try Inverness Family Dentistry. My husband was already a patient there. So it just seemed fitting to go there. I had a very pleasant experience; from start to finish. The staff there is very kind….the front desk receptionist, the dental hygienist, as well as the dentist. They understand that Customer service and professionalism is especially important in running a business.
Dr. Buczek is great! I have had some bad dental experiences in the past because I don’t numb well at all. Dr. Buczek always checks in with me and makes sure I’m comfortable before doing anything. Everyone at the office makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience!
Excellent experience. I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned twice a year! Thorough kind professional 20 years of going to this group. Dr. Buczek is the newest dentist in the group. He is personable yet professional! Grateful for him fixing my chipped tooth.. easy quick pain free fix!!
