DO NOT USE THIS AS YOUR DOCTOR THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!If you're looking for a Dr that commits insurance fraud then you're in the right place. This is the only Drs office I've had that consistently charges you for your prescriptions. Dr also refuses to see you on a regular basis so they can charge you for refills. No one at this office is here to help you it's all a money scheme against your insurance and you personally. I recommend anyone else if you want accurate and efficient medical care because you won't get that here.
Dr. Christensen meets with his patients exactly once, after that you will only ever see his nurse practitioner because despite only being open Monday-Thursday he takes very frequent vacations. His office will not help you get a referral making the patients get DOI numbers and everything and then still taking months to send requested referrals. They charge you $30 for each medication script and even then it usually takes days for him to be in office to sign off on your scripts. The last straw was when he charged us $30 for a script that is not currently in production and refused to prescribe a different medicine at no additional cost or to just refund the initial $30. This man does not make any effort to abide by the Hippocratic oath and should not have a medical license. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I have received excellent care here He has been very helpful with my different ailments. I have not had any issues with him or his staff ever. I have been going for Years
Only went once for a checkup and labs and was assured I wouldn’t need any other specialists I’m a type one diabetic for my prescriptions. I’ve had constant issues with my prescriptions ever since from not receiving correct dosages, to not receiving refills on my insulin which I need to live, mind you. Every time I try to get a refill to my pharmacy, I have to call them multiple time, they rarely respond in a timely manner - if at all. What kind of doctor’s office can’t get prescriptions to a pharmacy or keep them correct on record?
Have only gone once, but I am completely content to see a nurse practitioner. The one I saw was kind and professional. Dr. Christensen did come in at the end of my visit to chat with me. He was happy to answer my questions. Encouraged me to get a flu shot and addressed my concerns about that issue. I plan to continue with his practice.
You took my comment down because the truth hurts people please stay away from this office they don't care anything about their patients
DO NOT GO HERE. The Nurse Practitioner Mitch and Dr.Christensen are very rude and arrogant. They will not listen to what you're saying. However, the office staff are wonderful. Since I've been coming here I've had nothing but bad experiences. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Was a patient for two years and saw him one time, he was honestly irritated that I asked to meet with him. Lets nurse practitioners run office and they always have an excuse for him to not be there. Very unprofessional and rude to never see your patients when they are having serious issues that require a doctors knowledge.
Was initially seen by the dr dec8.. no issues there... dropped off paperwork for short term disability from my employer the following business day, explained I needed this completed and sent to my employer for benefits coverage within 5 days.. it’s a drs office.. you would’ve thought they were familiar with insurance needs and timelines. Dec 19 after several phone calls and getting no where I go to the office looking to get that paperwork, needing it sent to my employer or otherwise I don’t get a paycheck and they can’t find it.. office manager had been out for a few weeks , nobody else there had a clue.. I looked at them in amazement and had to tell them several times “ I DONT KNOW MR CARPENTER” wasn’t an acceptable answer.. I finally got a staff member to fill out the second copy I had brought with me as a back up so I could get my employer the drs notes that were needed to approve my short term disability benefits . Because they couldn’t get to it in a timely manner i did not receive a paycheck the week of Christmas, thanks for that. Fast forward 3-4 weeks...after them calling me twice to push my appointment another week it’s time for my check up, they call me a week before and confirm, good on them, but one business day prior to my appointment I get a call from their office explaining I have a bill due, not having received one yet I was unaware, the staff member even admitted the person responsible for that had been out.. no big deal you would think right? Bill me, I’ll get it paid.. but then the staff member goes on to press me for payment and even told me if I didn’t get atleast half I would be turned away the day of my appointment... one business day prior.. like the mob.. I had to call the office manager back and got reassured to just cmon to my appointment and we’d work the rest out.... end result= i won’t be returning for any future issues
Dr. Christensen has been my doctor 4 years and I've only seen him twice. Both CRNP has quit and the new CRNP is rude and pretty much called me a liar. She told me to speak with the doctor when he comes back but that can be tomorrow next week or a month from now. I walked out.
