I just switched my son over to this office. Front desk was great everyone was so kind. Sabreen was AMAZING! She was so accommodating, made us feel so welcomed, And she made the process so simple. Dr. Levy was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and bonded so well with my 9 month old. 10/10
All the employees were professional and so very kind. I appreciate that they listen to me and seem to genuinely care. Nurse Donna was particularly very thoughtful and friendly. She is knowledgeable about her work and patient with my baby. He looks forward to seeing her during our visits!
Have had a great experience with all doctors, nurses, and front staff at this office. They have been absolutely wonderful and I love that I don’t have to worry about who my daughter will be seeing. Good availability and they are so great with the kiddo. Very clean rooms and lobby. Love that there’s enough space to distance from others & I never have too long of a wait time. Definitely recommend them! Only disappointment was the extremely rude after hours operator Carmen, but I don’t know if they’re actually affiliated with the office.
This has been our pediatrician for years now. We always have the best care for our children and always feel so safe in their hands Dr. Levy and all the other physicians there are amazing. I have seen every single one for my children and have always had a great experience. They are always available when I need them. Thank you for years of care.
Dr are good but they have the worst office staff I’ve ever seen. I never been hung up on so many times just trying to make an appointment. Also those lady’s they call office staff could care less about your kid. Like I said the doctors are great but good luck with that front office you’re gonna need it.
Long time client and I will say thank you for hearing our concerns about office staff treatment. I've noticed much improvement and friendliness. All doctors and nurses we have interacted with have been amazing. Dr.Levy not only listens to every concern but also solved a medical situation we had been dealing with for months no one else could figure out. We are beyond thankful to have found Dearborn Pediatrics. We appreciate the hard work of all staff!
I had a baby last week and was discharged from the hospital on Friday night. That’s when they gave me info on my baby’s recommended pediatrician. I called on Saturday and they weren’t open. I called on Monday and the recording told me to wait til after 11 if I’m making a well child appointment. So when I called back, they told me that they couldn’t get my baby in until Friday. They knew it was an appointment for a newborn. Then when I showed up on Friday, I had a doctor come into the waiting room in front of other patients asking me “where have you BEEN? We need to see newborns within two days and it’s been NINE!” I almost started crying. I think a pediatrician should treat new moms with a little more grace, and privacy. I’m doing my best. I tried to make an appointment as soon as I could, and Friday was the soonest one they had. If my baby needs to be seen in 2 days, you need to have appointments available within 2 days. If you feel like I’m doing something wrong, wait until I’m in the actual room to lecture me, not in front of other patients. The actual doctor I saw was great, but the doctor I’m assuming that came out and talked to me shamed me publicly.
I am a former patient and after many years now a mother of 3 who has always loved this clinic. My oldest son is 10 and we have never been anywhere else. However, lately it seems like when I need to get my children in for a sick visit , I’m given advice over the phone rather than taking them in. I don’t think this is the best thing to do regarding sick children, but it doesn’t take away from the services provided. They are a great office and perfect for new parents with new babies as well
I have had both of my children as patients here. My daughter 10 years my son for four years since he was born. That reason alone is why I’m not giving 1 star because I really never had an issue before. I called this morning to get my son a sick visit. The call was answered and I explained he woke up at 6:00 am with a fever on Monday. I also told her I spent all day Monday doing the Tylenol/Motrin switch because I had been told to that before by the Dr. She asked if he had any other symptoms I said just the fever and he keeps saying he’s cold. She said the Dr will tell you to keep doing what you have been doing. If he doesn’t have any other symptoms we can’t bring him in. I then told her he had an ear infection a week and a half ago. She said again if he only had the fever he couldn’t get a sick child visit and if his fever reached 103 to call back and see if he could get an appointment. So I had to take him to another dr office and found out not only was the ear infection still in his right ear he also developed strep throat. Had I followed her advice and just kept treating the fever he wouldn’t have been prescribed the antibiotics he needs to get over the strep throat and ear infection. I understand if there is a new policy in place but I told her I already tried what was suggested and it wasn’t working. I feel like that alone should have gotten him in to see a dr or even the NP since a fever isn’t a serious thing.
I am a former patient at Dearborn Pediatrics with Dr. Levy. Both my brother and I had amazing experiences here. Even though my parents moved out of Dearborn, they continued to take us here because we were given the best care and trusted Dr. Levy fully. He is a great person and doctor and will get to know you and your family so well. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know and wish I could continue in his care.
