My husband and I have been going to Dr Marcelin for going on 8 years and in my life, I have never met a doctor who genuinely cares more about the overall health of a patient.  He takes his time, asks questions, discusses your full overall health, doesn’t push unnecessary prescriptions and most of all, is proactive about his patients health.  I hope he never retires because he is my favorite doctor.

Straight to voice-mail,  been calling for over a month. Dr was great but this office needs new front desk staff. It's not that hard to pick up a phone and take an appointment or answer emails correctly and professionally.

I have been with Doctor Marcelin for a long time.  I truly do not know where to begin. He has seen through many major illnesses that have  been quite serious at some point.  He has never misdiagnosed my issues ever. His demeanor is outstanding as well as his vast knowledge of the latest in medical procedures.  I would not have confidence in I’m any other physician. Doctor Marcelin has even contacted me on his day off to make sure that things are working as they should.  My father was a Physician and I am a Zoologist I realize what an amazing,sincere and knowledgeable physician that I am fortunate enough to have.  I would recommend Dr. Marshall in to anyone that wants a thorough and knowledgeable, sincere physician.  Let us not forget the office staff who are genuinely great

The people in charge at the front desk are very unprofessional. Specifically Lisa. She was very rude, she rolled her eyes at me and mumbled when I went up to her saying I have an appointment, she said she couldn’t find my name so I told her the doctor told me to make an appointment for blood work that day & she rolled her eyes mumbling something about “that’s not a real appointment”, I was so confused at the attitude when it was just what I was told and there was no need for it so I told her not to give me attitude & then she raised her voice at me. Before this, I was trying to contact them for a long time since December and finally got an answer almost a month later only because I called through a different phone number. Originally, told me they would call me back and never did so I would call but there was no one answering and I left voicemails but still nothing. On my last call, they didn’t answer & right away I called on my moms phone & they answered, not even 2 minutes after my last call on my own phone. There is no excuse as to why all my calls kept ringing & no voicemails woukd get a call back but as soon as I call in a different number, they answer.

Excellent doctor, great and personable staff and I’ve never had to wait at my appointment time..

He is a great Doctor. Takes time and listens. Great bed side manner and very professional.

Dr. Marcelin has been my entire families primary care doctor for over 10 years now. He is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors my husband and I have ever had the opportunity of meeting. And his diagnosis of many different things over the years has proven to be priceless regarding my families health and also their physical and mental well being. Thank You again Dr. Marcelin & staff for many happy years

I’ve been living out of the state of Florida for 3 1/2 years. I refuse to switch doctors because of the level of care he Provided. He is the most caring and compassionate Doctor I’ve ever had, who cares and provides in depth feed back, he goes out of his way for his Patients. His staff are friendly and professional individual always showing kindness to all.

My husband and I both go to Dr. Marcelin. He is the most knowledgeable, kindest, honest doctor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We actually live in Oakland and travel over 45 minutes just to see him . My husband saw Dr. Marcelin years ago since we moved to New Mexico and Colorado. My husband always stated if we ever move back to Florida no matter where we are in Florida that he will be his doctor again. I didn’t fully understand why he had so much loyalty and admiration for a primary care physician. When we decided to move back to Florida I also chose him as my primary care physician as well and I now fully understand why my husband had spoke so highly of him over all the years. He will always be our physician and he so much more than that he takes his time with his patients and allows us to express all of our concerns and addresses each one and makes us feel valued and important. I have read some of the other reviews there has been on occasion were you do have to wait or perhaps make a few attempts on the phone . It is because the same excellent care you will receive he is giving to others. Thank you Dr. Marcelin and staff you are outstanding!
