My husband was having some minor chest pain and this is his normal cardiac doc. The after hours service hung up on the first call. On the 2nd call they didn’t know if the office would be open on Memorial Day unlikely duh but told us if this is not an emergency to call the office back after 9am to see if they are open. Then we said it was an emergency and she hung up on us again. The idea is to get the doc on call to give him a call back to assess if it is an emergency based on patient history and symptoms. I told my husband he absolutely has to find another doc. I’d give 0 stars if I could. TOTALLY LAME
Good doctor hard to see him you end up with nurse expect to be put on statins if you have a pulse
