Used to be a great place to live, no longer. New Mgr.and starts making people "clean" their yards. This includes removing a 20 year old tree, pruning star jasmine so it won't survive and making any privacy fence go away. If your reighbors yard is dead and full of garbarge, too bad!

Well it's a year later and it has just gotten worse the owner needs to look into replacing her. Place needs new life. Well maintained park family and pet friendly owner is great BUT Manager is a gossip and puts out incorrect information to the other gossip's and picks on tenants she doesn't like even though there just normal folks. I do not live here but have visited for years with friends and witnessed this first hand.

The only amenity is the pool which comes with many restrictions. Rent is raised without fail. Management arbitrarily demands repairs in a discriminatory manor. My neighbors are awesome. Thats the only redeeming factor

A friend lives here and it's always been a nice place, very well taken care of and the people are always nice.

Seemed like a real nice and friendly community. It was definitely clean and comfortable.
