Homewood Village Manufactured Home Community

The lady that used to run the party committee is a really mean person.

I have a friend who lives there and it is a wonderful place with a pool and a room that residents can rent for special.

Nice gated community for ages 55+. It's quiet and clean.

I like to hear we have a pool hall we have a place where we can play cards we have a Christmas party every year and for other times of the year we celebrate everybody Street and about the same

Very clean, well maintained park. I like the added security of the gates.

Its a home and a village all in one its pretty righteous no beach tho bummer

This is one of the nicest Manufactured Home communities I have ever visited. It has the feel of a really nice neighborhood. It is a gated community. The theme is the South Pacific. Could be Hawaiian or Tahitian. The Aloha Center and the Horizon Room provide a great place to gather as a community. The pool and jacuzzi area also makes you feel like you are on vacation. Your own personal home resort. It is a Senior Community 55 and older and everyone does a nice job of taking care of their residences. There is green belt throughout as well. The staff and management team at Homewood Village are great and helpful. If a home opens up, jump on it.

This is one of the Best Mobile Homes Comunity always Quite Clean ,never any problems in any way ,The Management For the past 17 years I know this location is doing a very Good Job

Great living facility, clean, friendly and beautifully landscaped the community center is great and big and even had a pool. Just Lovely.
