I needed some good shoes Ina timely fashion and knew I could count on DSW. I didn't know that I would meet Shannon. SHANNON answered the phone with complete professionalism an hour before they opened. I should explain I just happened to see the hours on a day they had changed. I even called again to see what floor the were on the 4th. She explained they had just moved. When I arrived, I had forgotten my locks for my bike, and who do I see in the store first? SHANNON. she was very nice in letting me keep my bike near the register it's just a one time thing and I found my shoes and we conversed in real life. Just a bucket of customer service joy. She got me into a vip program which seems pretty good and harmless. But I'd come back and know if I had any problem in that store, I can rely on good Ole Shannon
This location does not offer curbside pickup and parking is a disaster due to the absence of any kind of parking lot. The sale’s associates are disrespectful, unhelpful, and clueless in regards to adequately fulfilling their customer service roles. Find a different location, or just shop somewhere else all together. Not worth the disrespect and headache.
Had the greatest experience talking to Leslie today. She was helpful even though she is new. She was efficient and naturally welcoming. Coming again!
This store is extremely anti-Black, especially toward African American customers. The undercover workers continuously harass African American shoppers especially female shoppers by following them around the store upon entry, pretending to be shopping but what they’re really doing is harassing and antagonizing African American shoppers. To make matters worse, most of these workers are people of color themselves and I imagine that they know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of racism and yet, they are openly and viciously anti-Black toward African Americans. This location just recently opened and this is your business practice? If you are African American and you have a question for the workers who do wear name tags, be prepared to receive a nasty attitude from them. Interestingly enough, these employees do not treat the Ethiopian/East African, White, or Latino customers this way. This store needs to go completely out of business!
