Whether you’re a busy parent or body-builder, we offer you a variety of sessions that keep you exhilarated and active at a great value. Our most popular classes include Body Pump, Body Flow and Body Combat, but also include Step Cardio, Zumba, Yoga, Athletic Conditioning and Senior Sneakers. We also have personal trainers on site with as much as 20 years of experience in the business and are always looking for members to join our Run Club.
