The item that I was looking for was not in stock. The associate, Jay, was very helpful and processed a return/exchange that I had and ordered the item that they did not have in stock to have it delivered to my home address. Great customer service!
Expected experience when walking into DXL… not hassled by employees, they do acknowledge and let you know they are there if you do need help. Just hate overbearing employees. Was at ease, found what I wanted and went hope. Clerk was friendly

I wear size 15W shoes. This was the first store I've been to in my LIFE that had more than one shoe in this size. And they had a bunch. I've always had to buy online. Can finally buy an outfit with a pair of shoes together in one store
The DXL in Dedham, MA is an awesome store. Really good selection for big & tall guys. Terrific service, Robert & Amanda are incredible, just don't find that kind assistance in any retail anymore.
Robert Silveria, the manager in Dedham, not only does an amazing job recruiting and training the team in Dedham who are all awesome and make the experience fantastic but he is my personal style guru. I’ve always been a navy or black, dress to blend in with the crowd type. Robert has shown me that I can wear other colors and styles and actually look good! He knows I want to be comfortable, and he threads the needle between keeping me looking sharp and being able to move comfortably. He has also done a masterful job enlisting my wife in what we joke is a campaign to get me to wear color. I pretend to protest. But, I appreciate it very much. I trust Robert. I know that he will never let me walk out of the store without looking my best. That’s a big deal for anyone. And for someone for whom clothes shopping has not always been so pleasant, it is something I truly appreciate.
My husband and I were in town for a funeral, and the gentlemen who were working in the afternoon on 10/6 around 230 were really nice. I don't remember their names, but they showed us where appropriate attire for my husband was, where the restroom was for me. REALLY NICE guys. If I could remember their names I'd like to say thank you for your kindness.
The staff was super friendly. The selection was great! I was happy to try on the Long sizes as it guided me to the jacket I ultimately picked and I wouldn't have known that if I had just shopped online.
My sales guy was cooler than an icicle in the freezer!! Great guy to work with, I work across the street and had an emergency and he knew the best Jean option to suit my needs!! Thank you!! Definitely the place to shop!!
I was warmly greeted and assisted with my purchase. Great stock of oversized clothing just for me.
