My star review is towards the lady I spoke with on the phone today at this location, not the doctors. She gave me some wonderful advice on how to deal with a situation and shed a new light on things for me. How she helped me today over the phone is obviously not in her job description but I am so thankful for her words of encouragement.
the black lady receptionist in front was very rude to my mother who doesn’t speak english that well and rather than try to helpful and get someone who knows how go speak Spanish the rather be rude and make comments under her breath, this should be a professional clinic not a mcdonald’s
Staff is courteous and pleasant. Dr is very knowledgeable with my history and I've never had a bad experience with SQ.

This clinic could be much better. I will start with what's good at this location. The Nurses and doctors are very kind and helpful. Service is fast and you get your results right away. I always feel like the nurses and doctors genuinely care about my health. However, not all the staff is good here. The guy who takes your blood in the lab is very rude and condescending. He treats patients as if they are a bother to him, and just seems genuinely uninterested in his job. He has about the same work ethic as a bad McDonald's employee. The receptionists aren't the best either. Sometimes they are nice and helpful, but most of the time they treat you like you're a child. I visit this clinic to be helped out with my symptoms, not so that I can feel more anxious afterwards.
I have been going to this clinic for over 5 years and I love this clinic. I can choose other clinics in my area but I continue to drive all the way to Humble, TX to see the doctor. I do the drive because I love the cleanliness of the facility also they get you in and out. It is not an all day event, the nurses are very professional and make me feel like they really care about me and the nurses really love their jobs. It is a compassionate clinic just my opinion. The doctor's are great for the most part. The pharmacy wait is not that long it all depends on the over load any given day. I just love the care that I receive here. I would recommend the clinic to anyone that need care with the Gold Card please check out the squatty Lyons clinic you want regret it. Keep up the good work and your customer service and other staff is excellent. A warm and friendly facility we all can appreciate.
The Staff of Doctors and nurses are the Best. The amazing experience starts when they open the door for you and make sure you are taking care of. My Dr.Chao and nurses, the Lab. Staff, The Pharmacy staff, The retina nurse and the reception staff, provide an outstanding service, way beyong good.
This medical health center is really a life saver for those who have experienced negligence and rude staff. The Dr's and staff here are opposite, they are amazingly kind, courteous and friendly and so patient too! check it out, I haven't been here for awhile due to pandemic but wow, its changed alot and very peaceful
Dr Chao and the nurses there were very knowledgeable and courteous. During my visit there was an emergency with another patient that they all had to tend to but everyone kept apologizing for the delay. I was grateful and understood.
They take care of all my needs so far. The app is very easy and helpful. I even got to use my new insurance with no hassle. I have to travel to go different appointments but worth it getting things done for me. Thanks
