My sister  is there now, suffered a stroke and was transferred  there afterwards  for rehabilitation.  Doctors are there daily to speak with patient as well as family. Therapy staff are knowledgeable  and friendly. Nursing staff, front receptionist,  all are plesant and won't hesitate  to answer questions  or assist in any way. Facility is clean and natural  light shining  through  the windows. There is no sick smell. Very  pleased with care she is receiving . It nice to know that this place exist during this time of crisis.

This place is awesome! The care received was excellent. Everyone on staff from the nurses to therapy to admin was always kind and caring. Their facility is super clean and their patients given the best of care! I would recommend this facility to all who are looking for a great rehabilitation center who specialize in stroke patients.

9/26/22 Rating Overall: I see previous years were some bad reviews but currently this is our experience and outcome from this place which seems to become a better rehab location compared to other years review. My father overall stay here was great. I love the fact they the staff kept in touch with me and my family. My father's feedback as for service was nothing but positive feedback beside a small complaint that some of the food isn't really good but most part it's because he diabetic and needs to start eating the healthy food. Hopefully his case manager, "Kimberly Sizemore" did a great service in taking care of all the stuff my father needs and help in getting him set up for his new dialysis location. I do not recommend this facility.  The physical therapists were good but the nursing staff and doctors left A LOT to be desired.  Overall, the facility is older and dark - feels like an old hospital.  I wish it had been brighter.  The rooms were not private and small, so patients were basically on top of each other, with no space for a visitor.  And you could hear everything going on in the rooms around.  During my mom's stay, COVID prevented visitors for the first 7 or 8 days but then pulled back to allow 1 per patient per day.  I didn't really feel welcomed as a visitor when I was finally allowed in, but that was all my mom really wanted - to see a familiar face. All that being said, the biggest problem was that my mom ended up back in the emergency room the day after she was discharged, because there was an infection they didn't see.  She had multiple nights of internal med issues but the docs/nurses chalked it up to healing.  She wasn't healing - she was still sick!  I don't expect the general doctor to be an expert in everything, but he only came around a few days out of the week and should have referred her back to her medical team at the hospital she came from when there were issues.  Overall, the 12 days she spent here were a waste of time in my mom's medical journey.

I received the finest care here and would recommend it to anyone. I was at this facility for a week recovering from post COVID pneumonia. They took good care of my health, but they also assured that I was comfortable, and that I fully understood my care. The staff was very kind. Oh, and the food was good!

Encompass Rehab came highly recommended. We brought my father Will from Louisiana to Humble to partake in the exemplary services. My father had rehab 2 times from this center. From the nurses, social workers to all of the therapists and staff involved, exemplary services is an understatement of my father's recovery and stamina. Everyone was so encouraging, place organized, great food, super clean environment where it was like home. The family was treated with utmost respect and allowed to participate in recovery with my father. We thank you all for your great customer service, hard work and care. My father prevent a heart attack here as the staff was proactive. I highly recommend you all with NO reservations. Thanks again for changing our lives. Keep up the good work.

I've stayed three times at the humble facility and I call it my second home. I love the  pt/ot staff so  much. They are encouraging but tough, kind and fun. Food here is excellent. Free sodas for the win! I will return if I ever Need  them again. We  love them so  much we drive over an hour to stay at this facility.

I wouldn't recommend it. They don't take good care of the patients. My dad was here. They didn't stretch his hand got worse then what it was. Left him laying too low in the bed. Didn't do oral care. Skin wasn't taken care of, nails. Not a place I would go back to.

This is a Awesome facility. My Mom has been here for almost two weeks. The rooms are clean no smell of urinre and the staff are friendly. Reviews are good but I advise anyone to check these places out before you place your love one.THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY and REHABILITATION FACILITY. I give HealthSouth 5 stars plus
