I didn't know company's did business this way anymore! I bought a Royal Enfield Himalayan from them this last fall 2021. Got it home and it developed problems. I brought it back up to them 2 hours one way and they fixed it right then and there. Took it back home 2 hours one way and drove it some more. Well, more problems. I took it to a different dealer Young Power Sports and they were awful see my review for that experience. We contacted Eagle Rock and Todd told us to get our bike back. We did then Todd sent a trailer down, picked up our bike and dropped off a brand new Himalayan to use until mine was fixed properly. They ordered a new piston, cylinder, rings, and cylinder head. When they arrived they replaced the old with the new. Ran it 4 times and could not duplicate the problem from before. So, they trailered it back down to me 2 hours one way. They never charged for any of the repairs, but took total responsibility for the problem. Todd, Tish, Tom, the young man that did all the driving, and the service department - Thank you. It is amazing to me how you run your business. You have a loyal customer. I recommend this business to anyone that wants to be treated kindly and honestly when buying an atv or motorcycle. They were more than fair, and so helpful. AMAZING experience!

My experience at Eagle Rock was the absolute best ! My salesman Todd took great care in helping me get what I wanted. I purchased 3 motorcycles from this dealer and both times I walked away very happy with all of the staff here. Such great people and wonderful brands they carry. I've been doing business with Eagle Rock since 2018 and not once have I felt like I wasn't being treated properly. And that also goes for my entire family and friends that have visited. I don't really have a business where I can just swing by and say hi to my friends but Eagle Rock is this place. I've met people from all over the world here and shared motorcycle stories. Recently after getting a service done on my Challenger there was a rattle noticed by the service tech TJ when going over rough surfaces or bumps in the road. I had noticed it when I purchased it and through my own research thought it was normal and maybe windshield rattle. TJ suggested I bring it back when it was convenient for me to look into it further. TJ and Bobby worked a couple things, got with corporate to get some additional support nobody had heard what we were hearing yet and eventually found a weld joint in my tank that holds the fuel pump had separated. Warranty is warranty and all the work they did was covered. From start to finish Tom at the service counter was on top of things and touched base with me throughout the process letting me know how things were going and timelines. If you're in the market for a motorcycle consider stopping by Eagle Rock, with how strange my warranty work was I find it comforting knowing that corporate hasn't had the same issue reported to them yet. I could be angry about the issue or I could be proud that I have a dealership that stepped up and said "that's not right" instead of ignoring the issue. Proud that they stuck by their product and made things right. Proud that they happily went to bat for me with corporate and did what they had to do to get me my bike back to me better than how I brought it in. I am proud to call Eagle Rock Indian Motorcycle and their employees friends.

I ordered a new Pursuit Dark Horse with Premium Package on March 15, 2022. I knew it would take some time. It’s now September 30 and still no bike. I have been updated with changing information as to shipping date. Indian informed me that the shipping date is 10-14 but it has also just been scheduled to be built. I traded in my 2017 Road Master on September 3, 2022. It took two phone calls and a personal visit to get Todd to pay off the balance to my lender on September 29, 2023. Twenty-six days after I traded it in! I went in today to cancel my order and asked for my original $500 dollar deposit and the balance by of the down payment from my trade in. He refused to give me the over $13,000 owed to me and stated he told me earlier that he would not give me the money on the trade. At the time of the trade he told me he didn’t have a “mechanism” to pay me. He obviously does have a “mechanism” because he paid off my Road Master. I have called Indian Corporate and am waiting for their dealership manager to contact me. In my opinion I would look elsewhere to buy a motorcycle as the business practices of this dealership seem to be less than desirable.

Absolutely the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with. I just purchased a 2020 Ural Gear up. It’s the seventh motorcycle I’ve bought from a dealer and these folks were the best of the best. I had some problems getting it on my trailer because the manufacturer provided the wrong dimensions and they spent the whole day helping me get sorted out AND covered my extra costs. I’ve NEVER experienced customer service like that before. Tish and Todd were the best! If I ever buy another bike and it’s a make they carry I’m getting it from them. They were that good.

Came from PA to purchase a new Ural because the deal they gave me was too good to pass up! The staff was great to work with and was quick to respond to all my questions. Also had the pleasure of getting my first service done by the service department and everything was satisfactory. Will defiantly check back with them for parts and accessories when the time comes. 10 days and 3700 miles later the bike is in PA and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

They are absolutely awesome to work with. Tish, Todd, Amber, and Manny are all fantastic and will work with you no matter what you got going on. I purchased a new Scout thinking that was what I wanted. Well 1100 miles later and less than 60 days, I realized it was not for me. They were more than helpful in getting me out of the Scout and into a new Chieftain Limited. I highly recommend going in and talking to them and see what can happen.

I would like to thank all at Eagle Rock Indian. They made my first Moto Guzzi purchase experience wonderful. Todd made buying a delight. David and his team got me setup with all the accessories, promptly so I could be on my way back home worry free. I will be happy to do business with Eagle Rock Indian in the future. A truly wonderful experience.
