I appreciated the staff and the thoroughness of Dr.Baliga. I look forward to the results of the tests. The only negative was the strong smell in the office lobby. It made my eyes burn and throat close up. Not everyone can tolerate strong smells. They were very accommodating and allowed me to sit in my car and called me when it was time to see the doctor.

My first went well with the doctor and his assistant. I had to wait a long time to get instruction on how to use a medicine they thought was new to me but I had actually used it before. On checking out I was asked if I was okay with having biopsy every visit, I asked why I would need that every time. The receptionist seemed to think that was a strange question and reluctantly said she would ask the doctor. She had and attitude and indicated her irritations to another staff member. When she returned with the doctors response. I told her I did not appreciate her attitude and that I had a right to ask questions about my care and that my complaint was directed to her. I then left with an attitude. This took place October 12/22. Today October 18/22. I received a letter from Dr. Baliga stating that he could no longer serve as my doctor, because of my inappropriate behavior towards office staff. The receptionist and other staff know the truth. I should not be mistreated or get attitude for asking questions about my care. Why was that an issue, to go ask the doctor for more information. And why would the doctor refuse care with out getting the facts. It was my very first visit, and I'm sure there have been other complaints against this individual staff member. Thanks you for my brief care. I hope no one else has to experience this.

Had a great experience! Felt like my concerns were being listened to. His office staff was extremely nice to me! The lady at the window was so sweet. I’m glad to have found such a nice office!

I was very impressed with Dr.Baliga & his staff in the Opelika Al location. First off I was able to get in to see him for the first time very easy. They mailed me my paperwork which I prefer to enable my answers are clear & not rushed. All staff were very professional & addressed my issues in a timely manner. I appreciate y'all

Dr Baliga had a terrible bedside manner, but he did figure out a couple of things. He was very rushed in meeting me though even though I had a list of symptoms and list of medications. Everything laid out for him. I was not impressed with his attitude, but he did get some of my medications figured out.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful! Dr. Baliga truly cares about your wellbeing and his Opelika team was very helpful and friendly.

I had a bad experience with the lady that set up my machine Friday in Lagrange GA and it doesn't work for notifications. I called Oplika office this morning and she said someone would call me today but no one ever called me back

Dr. Thiruppathi is a great asset to the office, not only caring but very thorough..I want to shout out to everyone get on board with this practice.

The Dr is great very knowledgeable, however his office staff is some of the worst that I have ever dealt with! They are beyond unorganized I get there 20 minutes before they open and still have to wait over an hour for blood work! When you get there early there is already a line of people standing in the heat waiting for them to open as they know they will be waiting for long periods as well. Checking in is a long process as the receptionist is very slow, unorganized. Trying to get them to call the hospital to set an appt is an entire routine as they will not do so unless you call daily.

I had a thyroid biopsy in the office performed by Dr Baliga and his ultrasound assistant yesterday. Their kindness, compassion and professionalism was exceptional. I love and appreciate all of his office staff and am blessed to have them as my healthcare provider.
