Where do I begin. My first patient appointment was terrible and I do not recommend this place. At all. I arrived early and could not check in because the receptionist incorrectly completed parts of my information and couldn’t figure out how to electronically change the incorrect info in the system. She told me to just e-sign anyway, and I informed her that I would not be singing that all information is correct when it’s not. The information she incorrectly completed before my arrival included my insurance information among other info, so that needed to be accurately documented at the very least. She then proceeded to tell me that my referral expired, but she was looking at a referral placed for a family member a year prior. After telling her this, she continued to argue with me that she was correct, despite me showing her my insurance authorization which was current. I had to wait TWO HOURS to be seen, and despite being on time, I was told by the nurse that the receptionist was dishonest and reported I had arrived only 17 minutes before they took me back. Plus, the nurse told me she sometimes has to help the receptionist with billing but she doesn’t know much about billing because she’s a nurse. I can’t make this up. Also worth mentioning, while I was waiting to be seen, two patients sounded extremely stressed that they couldn’t get an appointment to be seen, with one demanding to see the office manager. When I was finally seen, I was then rushed through by two specialists, and I had to ask the PA what my X-ray results were as he was trying to hurriedly end the appointment. I will say, the x-ray tech was solid and professional. Then I was told I’d be given medication and was not told what meds were or how meds should be taken. I was then told to make a PT appointment, which I did. I figured since the PT office was separate, perhaps they would be better. After trying to schedule an appointment with the PT clinic, that receptionist couldn’t schedule me with the correct time she verbally told me she was scheduling the appointment for, so I canceled the PT appointment because I don’t have confidence in this medical clinic as a whole. Additionally, I was just phoned by the PT Curtis asking if I wanted to make an appointment. I politely told him I canceled the appointment because I had a terrible first patient experience. He ignored what I said and asked again if I wanted to make an appointment. I told him I have an appointment with another place, and he curtly hung up. In short, this place is a circus and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

Thanks to the Hughston Clinic surgeon Dr. Matthew Stewart and his associates for a successful knee replacement, I’m on the road to recovery, after years of pain. I highly recommend him and his staff. Not to go unmentioned the physical therapy staff at the Auburn location.

Excellent first visit! I called last week and got in quickly, I arrived a little early, but since I had been able to fill out my paperwork online - was seen promptly, everyone was kind and professional, I was seen by Dr Stewart’s PA who patiently listened, diagnosed & efficiently treated my condition. I don’t know how it’s possible, but even the steroid shot into the bottom of my foot went well!! Thank you for your professionalism all around.

I would never go again. What a backward system! They waited me two weeks for the cast. So I had to cancel, and visit the other place. However, they charge me more than 2k even though they didn’t give me a appropriate treatment. They are so unkind and annoying! They only care about money

Unpleasant front desk staff and the nurse that I interacted was awful. Service and the whole management system are horrible. Do not recommend.

This was my first visit with Dr Tucker. From the phone call to schedule the appointment to making my follow up appt, it was the nicest office experience I have had! The front desk, triage, X-ray lady and physician were all so friendly and very thorough. Such a pleasant experience.

Myself, nor the VA, could get this clinic on the phone to even schedule an appointment. No returned calls.

Both Dr Tucker and Amanda the lady who removed my surgical stitches were outstanding as they provided me superb medical attention! Dr Tucker had performed shoulder surgery for me on December 19th.

After reading these negative reviews I have to say that Dr. Tucker and staff are professionals and very through. My wife and I have been seeing them for years. He replaced my knee and it's been great since then. Its apparently a very unhappy person who didn't get her way or thought he could wave a magic wand and fix her. Lol

They SCAM your for money charging behind your Health Ins. The worse place We have been. The staff are ignorant and rude. The Dr.Michael M. Tucker, Jr., is a veterinary he acts like he is in a barn. Rude he does not threat the patient right neither does his job,. My daughter was hit by a car broken foot and arm The ER in Opelika did not have any supply to use on her and said she need to go to a Orthopaedic Doctor. So we looked for one but We forgot to check on the doctors reviews. That specific dr. Michael M. Tucker, Jr., MD for me heis a veterinary dr. DO NOT GO TO SEE HIM because if you need a surgery you will be out with a horse shoes. He is one of the worse dr. I ever seen. He did not want to put a protecting shoes on her. I ask to see the x.ray he was not happy to show me and said the injury was not shown on the x.ray. She had severe pain on her chest I called back and he was on call. He called me back I asked him why he did not ex--x-ray her chest. He just aid she need to go to the ER. They charged my daughter 130 dollars and she was not supposed to have any copay due the accident our health insurance paid for everything 72 hours whitin the accident. They did not let us leave till we have paid the 130. I filled a complain against him and that CLinic with ou Health Ins.I gave a him a piece of my mind and told him he needs to work in a farm not deal with humans. She had for follow up but We chose to go to Mobile and see our ORthopaedic Dr. He x-ray her foot and arm and she has 2 fractures on her foot very visible and her arm the radius bone was broken the head the bone was completely vertical cross broken .
