Pretty non-ideal turnaround time, and they certainly don’t do a great job of keeping you in the loop. Did some labs on a Monday almost 3 weeks ago, and haven’t had any updates since then. Called at least 5 times w/o being connected to anyone. They don’t seem to use email or any portal, so there’s no other mode of communication that I’ve been aware of. If you like going almost a month without any feedback or response, here’s the place for you!
I was pleased with my first visit with Dr Lane, however it is nearly impossible to get through via phone. No response to email thru the patient portal. Pharmacy has faxed several time for refill approval to no avail! I’m at a loss!
Good luck getting through to anyone if you call. Been on hold for over 10 minutes now. Still on the phone on hold while I type this. "Your position in the que is 1, your estimated wait time is 3 minutes" and it's repeated that over and over for over 10 minutes. Doctor Jones is fantastic, reception and customer service is awful.
I absolutely love Dr. Lane. She truly listens and is kind and compassionate when you are talking to her! I would recommended her to everyone I know!
Dr. Lane is such a kind and compassionate doctor. I wish I would have found her years ago! I’m so glad I made an appointment with her. She really listens to your concerns, and you never feel rushed. I’ve also met two of her nurses and they are both so sweet and patient. I’m so glad I have finally found a trustworthy doctor in Auburn!
Tried to go in as a new patient. The building was somewhat difficult to find. When I called to make sure I was in the correct place their phones were still off from lunch 1:00 - which was my appointment time. Had to schedule an appointment 3 weeks out. They tried to call to reschedule but didn't leave a voice message so I took off work and showed up to NOT see a doctor. Receptionist had no idea who was available, or when, and didn't even know which doctor I was supposed to be seeing they told me one doctor's name on the phone, then had a different doctor in their system. She said I could see the Nurse Practitioner that day, but then realized there wasn't availability. Said I could see one of the doctors the following week and started to set up the appointment only to realize that all the staff were going to be gone for Spring Break. Next available appointment wasn't until the end of the month, which didn't work for my schedule. Next appointment after that wasnt until April for ANY of the staff. They obviously have too many patients to be able to provide reasonable and timely care, and shouldn't be accepting new patients at this time. And the receptionist I worked with needs more training.
I was a patient with a Doctor that retired so today I seen a new Doctor she was amazing she listened and we came up with a plan for my health I look forward to seeing the outcome of my health thanks Dr.Mallory Willis
My experience has been beyond excellent. From the front desk girls, to Teresa, to Dr. Lane, everyone is helpful, polite and caring. Dr. Lane took so much time with me, listened and ordered a couple of tests to see what was going on with my health. Because of her, I got an answer and the treatment I needed. I have recommended Dr Lane and her practice to everyone. Thank you to all of you!
The Dr and staff were great! Dr Jones took his time with me, explaining different possibilities for my symptoms. The nurses were kind and helpful and the front desk was very helpful. A couple of days later they called to let me know they were calling in a prescription and what it was. I am quite pleased with my visit
I rarely write bad reviews. But my experience with this facility was not a pleasant one. Very, very poor customer service over the phone especially towards new patients. Not very understanding when it comes to extenuating circumstances for being late to appointments even after notifying them in advance. Interesting that other medical facilities are accommodating to patients and have relaxed their policies involving late appointments especially for patients who are traveling from out of town to their facilities and notifying them in advance. Never got a chance to visit the doctor for the first appointment even after explaining what happened; therefore, I cannot speak on the physicians themselves. But, the receptionist was not very nice. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.
