What a great dining place have meals here! Except for the fantastic tomato soup and pasta, I love their signature lemon drink! Unfortunately I couldn’t finish the drink as they gave so big portions of all food, even two delicious soft breads before the meal. And one more thing you shouldn’t miss is that they have a robot server to run the food to your table and collect the dirty dishes back to the kitchen. Isn’t future coming now!? Kid-friendliness: They have a robot server to run your food!!!

If I could choose one word to describe exceptional customer service, our server “Hannah” immediately comes to mind. After dining at East Side Mario’s the other night, Hannah made our guest experience one for the books! She immediately welcomed us and was attentive to any questions or concerns we had regarding the food, as her menu knowledge certainly exceeded our standards! She informed us on the specials and knew exactly how to cater towards what we were craving! As it was our first visit at this restaurant, Hannah’s bubbly personality and familiarity of each dish was beyond our expectations! It is people like Hannah that make the customer service industry a greater place, and we will certainly be returning! Well done

I had the pleasure of dining at East Side Mario's recently and I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from Hannah! Hannah's friendly demeanor and genuine interest in making our evening special truly set her apart. Her knowledge of the menu, as well as her willingness to accommodate our requests, made for a memorable meal. It's evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. In addition to the fantastic service, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and inviting. However, it was Hannah's exceptional service that truly made our visit unforgettable.

me and my boyfriend went here for our one year anniversary because the food is always so delicious. we had the best waiter. jeff told us it was his first day on the job and i never would have guessed. he made sure we got everything we needed was super friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. 5 star to him!!!Food: 5/5

We had such a blast on Wednesday night for the all you can eat pasta dinner. The food was amazing, the service was awesome, and the atmosphere perfect. The manager Sam even joined us in a dance moment. Love this location and staff, we will be returning very soon.Food: 5/5

Me and my girlfriend decided to come here for our 1 year anniversary. We were greeted by our waiter Jeff. He was very friendly and kind. Jeff told us it was his first day on the job and we couldn’t believe it. Both of us have not been to east side Mario’s for years so any questions we had Jeff helped us out. He made sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond. Jeff made our experience that much better and we will be sure to return again!

I had an amazing experience here! Food was delicious with huge portions and good prices. All the staff was so friendly and my sever Maddy was awesome! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Service and food were fantastic. Nicole our server was the bomb diggity. I will 100% becoming back. Salad and bread were fresh and on point never went with out. Had the chicken parm sliders which were banging *Superior * and shrimp alfredo pasta that i was too full to eat. Had it the next day and still banging. Please do a collab with me. I would love to promote your food for more food.
