Wonderful place to get a massage. Out of all the places in Memphis that I've been to, this by far has been my favorite. I had tension in my shoulders and neck from sitting at a computer all day and I felt so much better when it was finished. Do yourself a favor and go see Ms. Mei for a quality massage at Eastern.
This was an absolutely horrible experience. I would recommend any other Chinese massage venue versus this. My massage was so unimpressive I asked to leave halfway into it. They said no and switched the masseuse on me...she was slightly better however kept leaving to tend to the front. They charged me the full price at the end even though they knew my massage was horrible and the owner was not apologetic at all. Once again there are several better Asian massage places in Memphis-go elsewhere!
I went to Eastern on vacation and I never get massages for myself. But I have to say that I had a really good experience. The guy who massaged me really found my problem areas. I’m not in Memphis much but I’m definitely coming back when I get the chance.
Love this place! A great massage for a great price! Mae, the owner, is a very kind woman and gives a wonderful massage. These are very good for athletes as she will work out any muscle knots!
WoW!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I am not a traditional massage girl, BUT I love these! They are so relaxing, and I feel so good after! I do the chair massage--no undressing--it's great! I have giving up my weekly manicure for these...well worth it!
This place ROCKS. And even though the sign says, "Eastern FOOT Massage" they do chair and full-body table massage. I just canceled my membership at Massage Envy because these people are awesome and actually care about the customer.
I would NOT recommend! I went there wanting a should/neck massage and got an all over back massage in a chair. I have chronic lower back issues and have had surgery and by the time I got up to leave I was in pain. He did not listen to me couldn't speak or understand English and in turn he hurt me which cost me a day of work, a very bad weekend, loss of sleep, elevated blood pressure and a trip to the chiropractor to try and reverse what he did to me. My friend who was with me is now having severe shoulder pain because of their lack of understanding our language. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER SET FOOT BACK IN THAT PLACE AGAIN!!!!
My husband and I just had a couples massage. The price was great, the people were professional, and AMAZING. Will definitely go back!
