I thoroughly enjoyed my massage today! Toya was amazing...she gently took out tension while touching pressure points. I briefly filled out a questionnaire then Toya went to work... It's like Toya prayed and talked to God before giving me my massage. Her service was worth every penny.

I love it here! Antonia is truly gifted in all areas of hair care and customer service. You will leave the salon looking fabulous and feeling great because she also specializes in healthy hair as well. Mrs. Rosie offers a jelly pedicure yall and it is the best pedi I've ever had! Always a joy when I go here. Clean, relaxing, and everyone is so nice. Antonia is the best. I got a cut, full color and highlights and it cam out amazing. I'll never go anywhere else! But why should I? Everything that you can imagine is under one roof. Full spa service! Love it there!

I found the perfect hair stylist for my curly hair !!

I’ve been to this establishment on several occasions and have never had an issue until the last appointment that was booked. There was only an hour set aside for the services I requested and I was told she wouldn’t have time. The stylist kept reiterating that she had another appointment within the next hour as if I didn’t book with her too.I could have understood if I was a “walk in” but I thought this was Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of My time.

I loved this place, it was a super convenient and friendly atmosphere, but I stopped going because the prices would "randomly" change without notice. One week I would pay one thing, the next it would be $20 more. I also felt like the prices were too much to begin with. I was charged $45 to have 11 box braids around my edges replaced and I had already taken them out MYSELF at home so I paid $45 for what took all of 30 minutes to do. I also paid $45 for two cornrows one on each side. This is literally a 15 minute style that anyone who can braid would do for no more than $25 which is what I paid when I first started going-that mysteriously went up to $45. I enjoyed the friendly conversation, but it’s not worth what you end up paying in the end.

I have been going to Sugar's since summer 2017 and I absolutely LOVE this place. Latoya massage has worked out every kink in my back an neck and Antonia keeps my hair on fleek. Rosie even made me a custom wig sassy as I call her. I used to drive to Midtown to get my hair done. I am SO THANKFUL I can stay in Collierville now!
