Lydia is super professional and so sweet! I had a lot of questions and she was nice and explained me how it works one by one. My stubborn fat after giving birth is much better and I’m happy with result! I definitely recommend this place and I cannot wait to come back again.
Recently had liposuction and my friend urged me to do post lipo massages. interestingly enough, my surgeon did not recommend. Lydia is the best at what she does. Your surgeon might tell you to "massage yourself "..,you won't. Massage enough to make it soft, you can't ...because it hurts. She will knead you till you're soft and your end result/healing will look better than you ever imagined. She is worth every penny and the pain. She knows her craft. I couldn't imagine not doing the massages and expecting my amazing results. I did 8 sessions and want to/will do more about 1.5 months of treatment, almost 2 months post op..also the sooner the better! I started 5 days post op Best part of this all, She is an amazing person. She remembers everyone and treats all her clients like family. 10 stars!!!!
Lydia was awesome and explained everything on my first visit. Her facility is clean and she even had disposable underwear to avoid my clothes from getting the lotion on them. I would recommend Our Little Secret to anyone looking for these treatments.

Our Little Secret is a lifesaver. I had bad fibrosis after lipo and had gone to multiple surgeries and body shapers only to end up worse off. Lydia’s technique worked magic on my middle and each session is giving me back the confidence I have lost the past year. It is more than worth the drive from Hollywood. Highly recommend for all your Body Shaping needs!
I went to our little secret after i saw it opened. I was pregnant and had loose saggy folding skin.i didnt think this would workbody sculpting but i thought this is cheaper and less scares than a tummy tuckS-o Why not try it out. Well i am delighted to say i see my skin tightening, i see my abdomen going down and becoming defined and i haven’t seen this in years. I truly am convinced that this works. In just One session i could see visible results. My stomach was flatter, she made the “S” curve for me and drum roll please….. my loose skin started tightening!!! I know i thought there’s no way without a tummy tuck, I’m so excited. The owner Lydia was super nice and worked very hard at what i wanted. She listened and gave her input on what I needed, she was right on the nose. When i told her all of my concerns she walked me through all her services and recommended what she thought would be beneficial for me. I also tried her vaginal machine not sure what it’s called again but after my doctor said I’m about to prolapse Didn’t feel great about this I’m all about Keagle‘s and anything to help tighten. She told me how it will help me, and after seeing results I’m down to try all her other services. I think I’ll try my thighs and arms next All in all i am super happy with the services and will return for more. She just opened and i can’t wait to see what other packages she will offer. Don’t forget to ask for Lydia. She was so knowledgeable, she is so hilarious and keeps you looking great and feeling great! Thanks again
