Its nothing fancy at all but one of the cheapest rooms around. No matter what time day or night there is always someone working and they are very kind people. They will take cash or card without a outrages deposit.Rooms: 2/5

What a GEM! The owners are so pleasant and take such great care of the property. I stayed here two weeks and had a great experience. Clean room, comfortable bed, cable, microwave and refrigerator all of which worked and were clean. The rates are fair. The family operating the hotel is on-site and very responsive to any needs or questions. The upkeep of the building and the landscaping are top-notch. Cannot wait to come back to Florida and stay here again.
This use to be one of the best places . But this week I stayed there it was disgusting. I was in room 28 there was live Rochester crawling everywhere and a huge bubble in the ceiling with a huge hole . I was only there to deal with a family emergency I lost my grandmother and then was stuck in a hotel like that . I will be call code enforcement .
A little pricey but the best rooms in this part of town. the only thing I can complain about is they try to come in your room daily even if you're there or not to check on the room and make sure you're not messing it up I guess
Love this place regardless of what others think. Called it home for over a month... almost lost my mind but not bc of them. Work on those monthly rates, seriously. Broken hearted I couldn't get a deal
