My flight was an hour delayed arriving at 1:30am. I called Economy and David said hop on the Economy shuttle, no worries. Their shuttle arrived and took us to their office. Economy is about 4 miles from the Orlando airport. When we arrived at Economy there were 4 personnel to assist about 7 different families, we were 3rd in line. George greeted us and was very kind. He offered water and chocolate. George was so kind and was able to get us in and out to our rental in about 10 minutes. Thank you David and George..I would recommend Economy car rental over the car rental companies at the airport. We will use Economy again for future travels.
The worst! They gave us a car that was all scratched up! Not even the car that we asked for. Crack on the windshield. Beware you have to wait for a shuttle to leave the airport and it took about almost an hour to get there and nobody answers the calls. Never ever again and please avoid this place. Also!! The gas tank was not even full, it was almost half and we gave it back with even more gas than it came and they charged us because it didn’t come full. My husband choose and never again
This was our second time renting here and would do it again if we come back to Orlando. Both times, the price and car were good. In fact, we ended up getting a free upgrade to a larger vehicle since the one we booked was no longer available. The only thing that was weird was that after returning the car, the employee used our phone to leave a Google review saying "thanks Aerial." I found that pretty intrusive. Next time, just ask us to do it.
It's okay but I'm never going back . I did end up going back had a better experience I was helped by a different employee whose name is Carlos very helpful guy I recommend if you go to ask for him. He took time and answered all my questions so I will be going back good customer service depending on the employee
Easy in and out. Jaime helped us this time, he is great very knowledgeable professional, respectful, kind and very quick. 10 stars for him for being such a great help. We still come back for the prices, flexibility, cars and its 24 hr service. They do accept to bring your own toll device. 5 stars very much recommended.
I travel often for work both in the government capacity and civilian capacity so I'm constantly trying to find a rental car company that just does it right and they did it this time. Sometimes the thing that makes you come back when all things are the same as the customer service and they had outstanding customer service. The shuttle from the airport was easy to find and once here the service desk technician was super helpful and was not pushy at all. He offered a bottle of water and made sure that I was aware of the different types of driving conditions there were as well as advice on the tolls which could easily rack up if I did not have the toll pass. I have to tell you if you're coming into Florida get the toll pass and pay for it early because immediately when you leave this area you can instantly get hit with fines because you went down the wrong road. The drop off of the vehicle was even easier somebody was there even at 3:30 a.m. with a smile and advice about the shuttle. This was one of my better experiences I definitely will be coming back to economy
This is more about economy than efficiency. I arrived at the new airport terminal for my first time and quickly learned that using one of the companies who has cars right there in the garage would have saved me 2 hours but cost twice as much They are pretty quick and efficient once you get to the building, which is nowhere near the airport. It brings a new meaning to "off property".... My economical car was pretty beat up and had 76,000 mi on it! I will say the inside was clean and it did not smell This is truly a case of you get what you pay for. If you want to save money and you've got the time....
I was worried because it sounded too good to be true, the price was very cheap compared to the others. Then I thought, could it be that the car is in bad condition and the offices are decrepit. When I got into the van at the airport, I discovered that I was wrong. The van was impeccable, the driver was very polite Daniel, very neat, with short hair and dressed professionally, with very good manners, no blue or red hair with dreadlocks, there was no annoying music or smells as happens in many rental vans -a-car. The Economy car rental center is about 15' from the airport, small but impeccable. Cleanliness and neatness, everything well signposted and no waiting. The employee who served me, Daniel, very polite and professional, the same in his appearance. He offered to complete a survey, but without pressure, and because of that procedure, I was eligible for an upgrade to a Maxima. I mean, the car was almost free. The return process was the same, fast, clean and professional. They sent me a receipt to my email instantly, with no surprises. This company reminded me of when I rented cars in the 90s, when everything was clean and easy and the treatment was humane. It's a pity that they are not in all airports, but if they continue like this, they will be very soon.
I have never been more disappointed in a rental car experience than Orlando Economy rental car. All staff besides the Lady that checked the car in were extremely rude. I’ve never seen a rental car fleet in such poor shape. Our rental didn’t have a single straight body panel, windshield had multiple chips and cracks. Spend more and get a better rental car company. If you’re using your own insurance make sure to bring every document your insurance company ever sent you. There were 6 couples with insurance cards and all the info a regular rental car place would need but nope!!!! Not these guys. Took me 45 minutes to get all the documentation needed to leave with the car or spend $300 for theirs for 4 days. The driver on the way to the airport the 10th of august was texting and driving, making voice notes and sending them. The airport shuttle is using zip ties to hold panels on. And both ways the driver was texting and driving
