I had an awful experience with this car rental company. Not only did they fail to provide the car we had reserved, but the customer service was shockingly rude. The staff seemed disinterested in helping us, and their attitude was unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. It's unacceptable to promise a specific car and then not deliver, leaving us stranded without any suitable alternatives. I strongly advise against using this car rental service unless you want to be treated poorly and end up disappointed. Look elsewhere for better options and more respectful treatment. Shan was really rude, he also said he will not take any complaints to his manager.
They are just a bunch of scammers, and rob your money. They rented me a car saying my insurance will cover for it and after 10 days asking me to pay 950$ and denying the fact that they are the one’s who suggested i take a car. They don’t have the basic sense of how to talk to a customer or how to even behave in their office. One of the guys was vaping while i was there trying to talk to him. Coming to the car they gave me, it was not cleaned and had full of dog hair in it. When i tried to explain to them my side of the story all of the three employees started screaming at me. Even though they said my insurance will cover for it they charged my card and did not even gave my deposit back.
Avoid this place!! I should have trusted the reviews. I picked up my visually impaired nephew from the CNIB camp and they had service dogs there. As a result, his camp belongings were covered in hair and transferred to the leather seats. I was charged $175 as they claimed that they needed to detail the car from the dog hair! On top of that, when I tried to explain, she said that she was charging me and hung up on me! They should be ashamed of themselves. Please do not support this heartless business, Woodbridge Economy car and truck rental.
They make fool of people by giving nonsense excuses. I had returned the rental car in proper shape as I received with no tolls, and without any violations. Its been more 4 weeks and still not refunded my security deposit. Whenever I try to reach them, they have only excuses like there owner is only one who is gonna issue a refund. But they always says that there owner isn’t in office today. Same excuse for 3 times in 6 working days. I would never suggest this rental location to anyone.
September 1st ,I booked car...Then after car is not available at that time...They cancel booking on there side. Refund is not giving.... Customer care are not giving proper answer.I don't no ,how to complaint on them... Number One worst rental car company in Mississauga.... please don't take car rental.... Fraud and roddering money
This company is a BIG BIG BIG scam. Do not book cars from here. We had a reservation and we paid ahead of time. We got there and they had no cars available. The office was empty with no company representatives and the guy in charge of the parking lot told us that there are no cars available for us to pick and went back to his room. We tried called the customer service many times and no one picked up.
Hi , my name is catholin I just want let all people know this Jet car rent The inside of the car is very dirty and the service attitude is very poor. Such a company is really going to close down. I hope everyone will see this message. If you have other options, don’t rent a car from this company, and charge fees randomly.
No service exptectations over here. No proffessionalisam. Did not accepted the insurance already piurchased and got told to cancel the insurance and then purchase their insrurance which cost x3 of hiring a car amount. still chasing for a refund and people working their keep on telling to contact on phone. when i called on their customer care line, advised to send an email. i mean what is going on ?
If I can give -0 star, I would. We just arrived at our destination, a journey that was supposed to take an hour and half took us hours due to the fault of the car you hired to us. What a disappointment? It was the right passenger side of the car that was given us warning so we branched at the nearest patrol station to put in some air but 20 minutes drive more, the tire pumped was flat. This happened in the middle of nowhere, no jack, no spanner. We are tourist in this country and we were treated by you like this? We had to call a friend who came to our rescue. As we were panicking and put in more air at the next patrol station, there came on a warning sign that says: “AWD High Temperature. stop driving”. It’s apparent that the car isn’t safe to drive anywhere, endangering the lives of my family. I am beyond appalled that your company will put unsafe cars out there for unsuspecting tourists to hire. Now the question is that how do we get the unsafe car that is not road worthy back to you at Toronto when the car is showing warning sign for us not to drive? We are at Brantford. Dr. Vicky Omifolaji
Worse car rental experience of my life! they play so many tricks on you that you cannot trust your trip, it would cost you more than what you think you are saving. Also, their customer service is really bad. Very rude employees and managers.
