Ed Gray was the Executive Chef at Gannon's Restaurant in St. Paul's west end neighborhood for 27 years. Gannon's proximity to the airport and Chef Ed's aptitude in the kitchen combined to create a loyal following from customers that stretched from coast to coast. For a quarter century after the end of World War II, the little supper club in flyover country served famous entertainers, business magnates, and politicians, all stopping at Gannon's for Chef Ed's top shelf gourmet meals. It is in Chef Ed's honor that our new quick service deli concept, Ed's Kitchen, will operate. We welcome you to please give us a try.
