I was really disappointed. They were out of cherries and brownies, which is fine but the guy didn't tell me til after it was made and I asked about the missing ingredients. I would have ordered something else. Speaking of the cashier, he was very young, kind of rude, and obviously had no idea what he was doing. He was staring at the wall charts to see how to make the sundaes we ordered. It made me really anxious that he had no idea what he was doing. Sundae was ok but for the price I was so sad. Won't be back
It would be nice if they were in a place suited for walking around like a park. However, I liked the ice cream and their prices are great. Refreshing!
I drop in for milk and eggs, and of course you can't go in without getting some Ice Crean too. The place is always spotless, service is as good as it gets - their eggs are the best with regards to Freshness and Flavor and they have Jumbo's. If you've never been there, you really ought to try them out, they havethe best sandwiches too
Staff is always very quick and friendly. Their deli sandwiches are amazing, my son always wants to stop by every time we're up visiting.
Have an amazing assortment of various dairy products, including ice cream, milk, cheese, etc. They also have various items made by other local businesses, like Chuckanut Bay Cheesecake, who have a variety of delicious flavors! The customer service is very good and consistent. I'll continue to shop there because prices are much cheaper than other stores in Whatcom County who sell Edallen's products probably cause you're buying from the source !
Such good ice cream, great service, and be prepared you get A LOT of ice cream for the money.
A must visit everytime we're in Ferndale! Very reasonable prices and delicious - why would you want any flavour that isn't coffee & cookies?!
I love this place but wish they didn't use propylene glycol in their ice cream. It is a great place to get your butter and chocolate milk
We loved our treats! The ice cream was so delicious, the people were nice and the price was fair! We will be back!
Love this little local dairy shop! I’ve been crossing the border just to come here for years. Their ice cream is so good and they have friendly staff. I always get their coffee milkshake as the coffee ice cream here is the best I’ve tried. They also have ice cream cakes that taste exactly like if not better than the ones at Dairy Queen and much more affordable. If you don’t want to commit to a full 8” cake, they also have “traditional cupcakes” which are mini versions of the cake. Their service and ice cream quality has been consistent over the years. This is a must-visit for me every time.
