Betty Fazioli is the most caring and patient person I’ve ever dealt with. She is very professional, and she really cares about the Brand. I will multiple companies and only wish to have an employee like this that truly cares for customers satisfaction and that loves here work. She believes in the brand. The best Eddie Bauer that I’ve ever been to.  They are well stocked and the service people are excellent!  They are always so helpful.

Very helpful associates. Could use a more styles of clothes and jackets. Other then that its nice shopping there love the ambiance

Great clothes and a solid staff that helped me find good fits since my body has changed since lockdowns began in early 2020.

I had to return a coat I bought for a present and get a different size and style.  They were VERY helpful and provided me with many options that would work. I would definitely return to this store solely on the customer service I recieved.

Two female employees 10/15/20, around 6pm refused to process a return I was trying to get for my elderly mother because I didn't have her credit card with me. Simply returning it to the original method of payment is too difficult a task apparently. After taking 20 minutes to find a parking spot amidst a pandemic. The store was dead as a doornail - you'd think the employees would bend over backwards to figure out a way to process the return.

Love the clothes and the 60% off sale.  Drove to Burr Ridge over lunch and found almost immediately what I needed.  Merry Christmas to me.  Fun ended there as even though there were never more than 2-3 people in the store at anyone time, the 3 ladies working one kept going missing seemed overwhelmed and checking out became an adventure as clerks interacted more w/ each other than the customers.  Got to my car and she had forgot to ring up a $54 item.  Had to go back in and interrupt two other folks being poorly attended to.  Not happy campers by the looks on their face.  Would I go back?  Sure but only if I had time to deal above issues.

The staff was very helpful and sale prices good. I anticipate the quality of my purchases are excellent  as in the past.

Gina is amazing !!! She helped me find a jacket and went out and beyond for us. Super sweet lady, thank you so much !!!
