White House Black Market

I have never experienced the incredible level of customer service I experienced at this store in any other store, ever, nor in any other WHBM. I came in looking for a couple of new outfits for my new job and left with basically a new wardrobe that I LOVE all because of your fantastic stylist. I have now made WHBM my go-to store all thanks to the amazing Kari spelling?!!

The store itself is fine - it's the jeans. WHBM jeans are so poor quality that this is my 3rd pair of $100 jeans that I have to throw in the trash because the stretchy fabric denim wears out really thin then eventually it rips apart. I've only had this pair for 5 months. The other 2 pairs maybe a year. I will no longer be purchasing any clothes from WHBM. Expensive poor quality.

Been going here for years spending THOUSANDS of dollars on their clothing only to be told I cannot use the bathroom. Last time I will EVER use this location again. And it was Kelly. She should be ashamed of herself for treating a loyal customer this way.

One of the sales associate was very Rude, also she said "better stop shopping there". I only asked for explanation why my refund is less than what I paid. Very disappointed . For alll the merchandise collection I'm giving 5 + stars *****

While shopping for my daughter- in- law, I received wonderful assistance from one of the sale associates at White House Black Market. Sadly, I do not remember her name, but she was not only helpful, but respectful and helped me pick out a dynamite outfit for my daughter- in- law. I am so grateful for her assistance and good taste.

If you need to go attend a function, wedding, funeral, garden party, whatever, and you don't know what to wear, get yourself over to White House Black Market. The wonderful women who work here will dress you and a glass. Including shoes! Love this place!

Love this store, the quality of their clothes is exceptional and the service is very good. On line shopping is easy amd efficient as well

Very Rude people work here at the Burr Ridge store. Insulting me when my back was turned. Body shaming insulting sales personnel. Unbelievable.

Very friendly , supporting and understandable stuff . Kelly and the entire team know how to keep clients happy .
