I don’t usually write reviews but I came in today looking for jewelry and it was one of my best experiences ever at this location. I didn’t get her name but this young employee was so quick to greet and help me. She had dirty blonde hair and she was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the jewelry. Made a lasting impression! Will be back!

RACIST EMPLOYEES. There’s is never anyone in this store and now I know why. When me and a friend of color stepped into to this store to look for a dress for my bridal shower NO ONE said hello welcome nothing which was fine. Then we waited around for someone to help us and instead of asking us for help they just stood around us looking at us with dirty faces while again no one else was in the store. I was even considering to buy the basic plain white dress for $50 up until I notice them gladly welcome & help some white customers. This mall is one of the most diverse places, take your store to a street on Wayne if that’s how you act. You won’t have to worry about any of us people of color ever stepping into your store then HA

I never write reviews because I hate complaining, but this is quite honestly the worst Francesca's I have ever been to. My experience in this store has tarnished my opinion of the store, and I am at the point where I will never go to one again. I ordered a lot of clothing online and came in to do a return a month ago. I admit it was a big return because nothing fit, however, it does not give the employees the right to speak to me rudely. I had an employee snap at me, as well as my mother who was with me at the time. She was irritated we had a large return and truthfully made the experience horrible. She rolled her eyes, made sarcastic comments, and was just overall nasty. I had gone to the store the year before and experienced something similar in terms of rude employees. Being someone who works retail I understand the frustrations of the job, but I am never rude to a customer for having something as simple as a return. All in all, I have never felt so disrespected by a sales rep, it honestly made me angry I hope the person figures her issues out!!

They have beautiful accessories. However, the service- in particular- at the moment of purchase, was unexpectedly unethical and dishonest, wasn't anything wrong with the price, but with the staff member who was by the cash register. I am not a "Franrewards" member, when I was ask about my phone number I skip the prompts in the electronic device, the lady by the register without asking me put a phone number and email for a different costumer in order to give to someone else the points, responding the prompts in the device by herself. After the transaction was done I ask why, she didn't answer, different staff member expressed that they ran out my purchase under a previous costumer, manifesting that they can re-do the transaction. I guessed the polite apology was no even an option, or the acknowledgment that isn't right to run transactions under different costumers to give them points under the store VIP rewards program. I hope that the store check better the values , respect and honesty in their employees, because definitely I don't think this provides a memorable experience for their costumers.

Store is always very organized, very friendly & helpful staff. One of my necklaces slipped out of my bag while checking out, Kathy from the store called me ASAP & had her associate waiting for me at a convenient location at the mall so I could easily swing by and pick it up. Great customer service !

I went in on a Thursday day night, wish I had the name of the two girls working. It was a blonde and a brunette, super nice to my mom and I. They went out of their way for us and it was very sweet. Thank you for making our night!

I love shopping from this location. Excellent customer service. The workers are always thrived to help their customers. They do such an amazing job recommending jewelry and clothing pieces. Such a positive environment to shop in!!

Good for not-quite-twenty-somethings-anymore who have a more sophisticated style than, say, Zara's and a more bohemian style than, say, White House Black Market. Then again, I'd have loved this place in my twenties too. Accessorize for cheap; there are often good finds clothing-wise too. Pay attention for earring sales especially.

The cashier was rude and refused to take any of my returns. I was told that if the product is bought online with any coupons. I will not be able to return my items in store and I have to call the customer service. I have never had this issue before.

Idk how many times I have walked past it and never gone in. The window displays are always so pretty. The atore has been therecfor years, it must make good money. That must mean great customers service and loyal customers. Word of mouth etc. Great job Francesca's
