Hi! We're the Education and Brain Sciences Research Lab located at Vanderbilt University. Our studies investigate reading comprehension, Neurofibromatosis Type 1, and the effects of reading interventions in children with and without reading difficulties.
The Education and Brain Sciences Research Laboratory (EBRL) is a research group led by Dr. Laurie Cutting based at Vanderbilt University’s Special Education Department in Nashville, TN 37203. Recent research from the EBRL Team focuses on improving our understanding of (1) growth in academic skills, and (2) the brain-behavior dynamic underlying reading difficulty. Studies are conducted by the Education and Brain Science Laboratory of the Vanderbilt Special Education Department.
