We enjoy working directly with clients while also managing the day-to-day operations of the club. Moving to our new facility in 2001, we were able to design a fully equipped fitness center, inclusive of exercise and massage studios, lockers and showers, while also expanding our fitness programs.
Today, EFC's professional team of certified personal trainers and instructors offer clients comprehensive programs customized to meet their fitness needs. The expanded studios offer innovative group fitness classes as well as personalized wellness programs. EFC also provides off-site youth camps designed to enhance speed and conditioning, as well as give instruction on injury prevention and rehabilitation for the young athlete.
