Dr. Singh is one of the best docs I've had. He's very thorough in examinations and takes time to explain the anatomy and physiology behind his observations and recommendations. He's an active listener and builds in time to field questions. There's no sense that he's rushing to the next patient.
Update: the new nurse practitioner is excellent! She's very thorough and did a good job of asking lots of questions and explaining all of the concepts around my bloodwork and physical. Dr. Singh is very caring and listens closely. He is the architype of the doctor you would like to find for your ongoing care. I met with his physicians assitant today and she is wikedly smart and thorough. This is the practice to join!
Doctor Singh is a great doctor. He takes his time with you and makes you feel comfortable. The staff there are really great also!
I have been a patient of this practice since 1994. Dr. Singh joining and eventually taking over the practice is the best thing to happen to it. He is very thorough and takes time to talk with you. On the downside, some of his staff, let's just say, should retire. They don't seem thrilled to be there. Otherwise I would give this practice 5 stars.
Great to meet Dr. Singh. Hope to see him again.
Not upfront about billing charges. Went in for routine physical and charged additional visits because the doctor doesn't categorize basic things as preventative. What should have been a fully covered visit by insurance is now an additional out of pocket burden. This is why people don't like going to the doctor's office and don't trust doctors. Friendly and knowledgeable doctor, otherwise.
Apathetic and very poorly run practice. Admin staff is rude and provider makes commitments with no follow-up. Think practice has grown too big for them to manage and quality of care has dropped precipitously.
Dr. Singh has been great at addressing issues I’ve had. He knows when to dig deeper and ask questions that you may not think of. I highly recommend him!
One of the nice things about having Dr. Singh as your primary is that they have a phlebotomist in-house so you don't have to go to a lab for work.
Billed for work not actually done. Was not up front and could not get a hold of doctor to discuss. Will not be back and please hesitate with respect to patient to doctor/office staff trust
