Mardiney Asthma Allergy and Immunology Centers

Dr. Mardiney is AMAZING. I like other reviewers had a very crazy thing going on with my skin that no doctor, ER, dermatologist or wound specialist could make sense of. Dr. Mardiney is the only one who would do what was best and keep me on the steroids long enough to get it under control. The staff is better now than previous reviews but still no where near good. There are always long wait times for your appt and he is always booked out for months. If the doctor wasn't a miracle worker, I for sure would have moved on to another allergy doctor but since he is, he still gets 5 stars.

I have been going here for 24 years. I started with Mardiney Jr. then started going to his son when his dad passed. The doctors have been great. No complaints. The staff is usually good but sometimes they seem to not be in a good frame of mind. Then again sometimes I am not in a good mode either. I’ll overlook their bad modes as long as they over look mine.

I have never had another doctor treat me with such care before! A few months ago I had hives break out all over my body that lasted for over a month and had no idea why. However, as soon as I met with Dr. Mardiney and took the medicine that he prescribed the hives immediately went away. And to ensure that I was getting better he had me call him every single week. Now I have not gotten a single hive since!

The doctors are wonderful but I had to quit the practice because the front desk staff members are incredibly rude.

Staff is friendly and attentive. It takes less than five minutes to walk in, get an allergy shot, and walk out. My son gets a lollipop just for being there. Shots are painless. If you've never been tested for allergies, it's an experience, haha. Hours for routine shots are different than hours for seeing the doctor, so look on the website or call.

Allergy shots have really reduced my allergic responses so I'm happy with that. Prescriptions are quickly called in to be filled. Desk staff is really nice. Dr Mardiney has a great manner. He wants to solve your issues if you want to work with him to do so. You've got to do a lot of self advocacy and really stay on top of your care plan. Also this place is an allergist office, but isn't latex free. Although there are patients that are allergic to latex. And they state they don't test for latex allergy. I've often had to remind staff of the allergy. So I deduct 1 star for that logic.

Dr. Mardiney is an excellent doctor, he will even speak to you over the phone if you need guidance during your treatment. So why one star? Because his staff at the front desk and over the phone is horrible! They treat you like you are seriously imposing on their otherwise very important tasks, you don't matter, and you will never hear a simple "hello." When you walk in, you're suppose to guess where is a check-in. Patients are standing around staring at each other and nobody from the staff will acknowledge them. In the meantime, they don't forget to discuss their lunch plans. Oh, btw, forget about your prescriptions being re-filled! The staff never returns pharmacy's calls! If you work at this office, you should be ashamed of yourselves! People come to see dr. Mardiney hoping for help. And you make it incredibly difficult to keep coming back to see this really good doctor.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mardiney for years and he’s been quite helpful. He really takes his time and efforts to find what helps you. The staff is also really kind and friendly, never had have a problem here.

I really like the doctor and I think he gave me good treatment. There were two doctors there and one left and people who had appointments scheduled for six months were told they had to wait another 3 months to see the other doctor. They were not very accommodating when they were the ones who cancelled the appointments. I feel like more should have been done to accommodate the people who had appointments scheduled for a long time.

Dr. Mardiney III has been extremely helpful over years of treatment. I used to have quite severe allergic reactions to dust, cats, and other things, and now, I can hang out at my friends' houses and play with and pet their cats without issue or walk into a dusty basement and help move things!
