Embassy BankCard Solutions, an independent sales organization, has been providing credit card processing to merchants of every type and size since 1991. EBSI came into existence because of a belief that merchants could and should be provided with quality service. The smaller merchant was being lost in a web of corporate mergers, with the merchants’ most basic service needs being ignored. Our pricing is fair, our services are comprehensive, and our policies are simple to understand. At this time, EBSI is a merchant service provider as agent of Payment Alliance International (PAI).

We want our customers to feel that they are our number one concern. We build relationships—long-term account retention is our goal, and the customer is pleased to know that credit card processing is our primary business. We provide credit card services to merchants throughout the United States and Canada. The majority of our customer base has been with our organization for many years. Our current customer retention rate is more that twice the national average.

Merchants’ service issues are resolved quickly, and banking referrals are made to meet their financial needs. MasterCard and Visa operate the systems through which member banks settle transactions, acting as clearinghouses. EBSI informs merchants of card acceptance rules and regulations as well as operating procedures needed to protect the business and profit from undue risk.

This means EBSI operates under the strict supervision of the Comptroller of Currency, who maintains control of the credit card processing industry and is responsible for the integrity of the MasterCard and Visa brands. We must disclose our bank of affiliation and comply with MasterCard and Visa rules and regulations and conduct business in a professional capacity.

EBSI is an agent of PAI/Comdata Processing Services, largest ATM provider in the US, C E-Processing Network, Inc., and Authorize.net.
