Pharmacy professionalism is at the lowest level. Bunch of kids without manners and customer care skills. Avoid at all cost or they will waste your time and money!
I honestly don't know why I keep returning to this Walgreens… Pure laziness I suppose but will be transferring my prescription ASAP. The pharmacy is consistently understaffed, there's always a huge line and convenient customer features like express pick up are not only never staffed but the staff themselves are clueless as to how to use them. Avoid this location

Very poor customer service, I was rudely told by the pharmacy that they don't call doctors offices and I have to do it myself because they can't process a prescription correctly. It's the pharmacy's job to call the doctor's office if there's a problem with the prescription, not the patient's.
Horrible customer service. Very argumentative when they mess up a prescription. Do yourself a favor and take your prescription elsewhere.
I’ve been filling my prescriptions here for a while and it was fine until today. I’m annoyed. Idk maybe bcos I never waited that long for a prescription. Thank you for refilling my prescription, I’m grateful about that part. But the part I was annoyed about was that I called a day before to get my prescription refilled. I came today to pick it up. The first tech said it’s not ready. I said ok well I called yesterday. Then she said 10 minutes. I said ok sure no I problem. Minutes passed and there’s no update about my prescription and I finally approached one of the technician. And one of the pharmacists said the direction wasn’t acceptable. Okkk well did someone call me yesterday or this morning? Or maybe while I was waiting there? They could have told me the problem and I could have helped them call clinic and have the provider changed the direction. They only said something when I approached them again. So if I didn’t do anything I wouldn’t know what was going on. That small problem could have been solved in 5 minutes. They should’ve called me yesterday when I requested a refill and said heyy we can’t refill your prescription bcos the directions are wrong. Ok! Then that will give me a chance to call the provider. Get it together please and don’t be a know it all in front of me. If you could have been more organized and told me ahead of time what the issue was.
Mariam the pharmacist is the worst. Everytime I have come and it’s not an EJ there’s always some issue. Today she claimed my doctors license is suspended and she can’t fill it. Held on to the prescription for a month lost it than found it and proceeded to explain how at first the script was fake which it isn’t. Than said the doctors license is suspended. Ended up going to jewel osco than cvs and Walmart and verified all 3 pharmacies see the script as valid and the doctors license valid to fill the script. This Walgreens no longer serves the residents of lincolnwood. Better to go somewhere else.
The medical professionals in this office are really rude and racist they need better training and learn how to speak to clients without disgusting attitudes.. would love to have a sit down with the district manager on how to improve culture habits
Love that they always have parking available unlike some other Walgreens lots that are much smaller. Their staff is very nice and helpful when it comes down to asking where things are. They always have back up registers available as well so it makes the time waiting go much quicker
