I grudgingly give out 5 stars whenever i review a company because most of the time it's usually not warranted, but in this case it is! This branch in particular excels in customer service and most importantly doesn't gouge you to death with unnecessary fees! They're NOT like Chase. And while I'm at it, I like dealing with them because not only are they efficient, they're refreshingly personable. I've always had a good experience with them, even when it was the Private Bank, and I'm happy to report very few things have changed.
