This embassy embodies the essence of outstanding hospitality. During my visit for passport replacement, the two ladies present were incredibly friendly and warm individuals.

Polite people, very helpful! Always answer the phone! I did Passport, driving license and ID for less than 2 months! Grateful for the team at this embassy!

Hands down the best customer service ever, they were so nice . I've called multiple times before and after my visit asking questions and making sure I'm doing everything right and they were always positive and able to help me. They even took their time making sure the pictures were good . It was easy and fast visit! Thank you so much

The ladies working at the consulate office are absolutely wonderful! They are helpful, patient and they take time to explain and ensure all documents are submitted correctly. Very happy with the service!

The absolute best experience I’ve had in a very long time!! Not just in an embassy but anywhere really! The ladies at the consulate service were extremely flexible to accommodate my request and changing situation while I had to fly across the country to get my temporary passport. They communicated with me the whole time through this process and kept me updated. In person they were just as warm and very kind. It really made me feel like a VIP for a few days! It’s the type of service you would only expect from the most luxury hotels in the world and I got it in an embassy of all places. Thank you so much for everything!

I had the best experience at the Bulgarian embassy today. The ladies and the gentleman helping me were so helpful, friendly and patient with me. I think they are a great representation of what bulgarian hospitality is all about. From the first interaction until the moment I left I felt welcomed. Absolutely fantastic experience, thank you!

I visited the Bulgarian embassy in DC, where I was helped by Miss Tony and her colleague. The service was outstanding! Over the phone Miss Tony was very helpful, polite, and informative, but in person she was even nicer. The visit was enjoyable and an absolute pleasure. Meeting two beautiful, intelligent, and polite ladies made me feel proud to be a Bulgarian. I drove back with a wide smile and full of excitement, thinking – Why can’t we all be like that? Thank you!

I would haven them 10 stars, if I could.  Everyone I met with was truly professional and extremely helpful.  Great Bulgarian team!  Thanks to the Consul Boiko Hadjiyski and the incredibly nice ladies working there.  Best wishes!

I came to get a tourist VISA and every staff was nice and super helpful. I had one missing document but they were willing to help and wait. Thank you for being patient and understanding! 10 stars! :
