Empty your main operator's voicemail box! That you tell us to leave a message in! And fix the website so that it actually works! I have literally tried off and on for months to get registered! No one answer the phone, the voicemail box is always full! And the online registry form just spins once you complete the whole thing ! Tried several times and it will not upload! Anybody actually awake over there!
called the main line and they never picked up. Finally got a number from the NY office and the woman on the phone was rude and cut me off before I finished my questions. We are going to Bahamas to spend money, and this is how you treat your visitors?! Terrible customer services! PS. This office does not have a website
My passport was with them and I needed to leave in 3 days. The woman on the line showed no compassion about the urgency and I felt she even lied to me about sending out my package containing my passport and other documentation. I checked Fedex for the whole morning and there was no sign of the package been tended yet. Obviously she showed no professional attitude at all and this embassy is very likely to cost me the whole trip since I cannot go without my passport. I absolutely hate this embassy and really want to find a way to sue them for my financial loss.
