I would say definitely a solid 4.5 stars! The staff makes this place. The rooms are nice, everything is clean and decorated nicely, plenty of hot water, and even the people that complained that it was attached to a Mall it’s not you can’t get into the mall from the hotel, but it is around the back of it and it is attached. We tried the restaurant, the breakfast, the happy hour, all the pool, and the laundry facilities and everything worked as it should. The pool is very clean and all the ground are very welcome. The breakfast was not much to speak of. It was at the lower end of most of the Embassy offerings, but it’s still had a chef, making omelettes and waffles, and the rest was just your – I hate to say it. – Hampton Inn offerings. Nothing was really special were over the top, and the pastry selection was, not only cold, but not much of a selection. The omelettes were delicious though! The front end staff was incredible! I was traveling with a special needs adult and her service dog in training. The dog did not want to go in the elevator because there’s never been a glass in elevator before and it took almost the entire staff to help us get it in the first time. By the end of the stay, he was running in and out of the elevator like it was no big deal. They always took time to talk to Max and to make my daughter feel very, very Welcome. Will definitely come back and stay at this Embassy Suites in Brunswick anytime we’re in the area. It’s centrally located and easy access to Saint Simons and Jekyll Island.
I hardly ever write reviews but we stayed here a week for a work trip, and the bartender Corey who serves drinks and snacks up at the reception had our drink order down by our second night and would have it waiting for us each night when we came down—and THAT kind of service is unmatched these days. Would stay here again 10/10 because of that kind of attention to detail. The kids loved the breakfast choices and the rooms are larger than a typical hotel. We had a great week!
This was a great hotel all around. The staff were so incredibly nice and I loved that there was always someone at the front desk. Big benefits are the suite style rooms—great for business travel or leisure. The breakfast options are seemingly endless and the waffle and omelette station are great! My favorite feature though was the workout room. One of the best I’ve ever seen. Spacious and with top notch gear, including a Peloton bike! Rooms are spacious, but are in need of updating as the furniture and finishes are showing wear and tear. Clean though!
Wonderful stay and the breakfast was delicious! Dorian in the dining facility is AMAZING!! She loves and take extra care and pride in her job with making guests welcomed and enjoying their meals/stay! I can go on and on of her pleasant experiences! Great rooms and affordable prices!Rooms: 5/5
Clean. Spacious updated rooms. And QUIET! First time I’ve ever been anywhere and can’t hear people next door. Great complimentary breakfast, eggs aren’t good, but I don’t expect fresh eggs at comp breakfasts. Excellent customer service as well, very friendly staff.Rooms: 5/5
A great place to stay! The complimentary breakfast is awesome. They even make made to order omelets fresh every morning. Rooms are excellent and clean. Rooms: Rooms are very clean and comfortable. They are very spacious rooms as well. Food & drinks: They have a dinner menu everyday and also offer complimentary drinks!
We had a wonderful experience! Staff was so kind and welcoming, the room was perfect for our needs. The pool was just right for what we needed as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future.Rooms: 5/5
The kitchen staff are awesome and friendly. Environments are GREAT . Except: In showers, water temperature is only lukewarm. Actually, it was a bit freezing after shower. There are only 3 shower towels available for our 2 bedroom suites. And we have 5 people in our party.
Excellent service and location near lots of food options. The rooms are a little dated, but the lobby and common areas are pretty nice. The breakfast is also above average.Rooms: 4/5
While staying at this hotel, my boyfriend and I ate at the hotel bar. His credit card was left in the sleeve by accident. The bartended turned it into the front desk. All front desk employees denied knowledge of the card. Front Desk Manager Renee called me and stated she cut his card because his name did not match a room. I booked under my honors account, we dont share a name, this isnt a closed off hotel. General manager still has not contacted me. Really pathetic for a Hilton.
