This hotel is my favorite in Greenville. It is beautiful, clean and very spacious! It is a great place for families! We had our family reunion here and it was super! We will be back! The staff members are very courteous and attentive. They made us feel so welcomed and they attended to our every need. Suoer thanks from the HARRISON FAMILY.
My recent stay was great. The morning breakfast was greeting and like home as usual. The front associates are always helpful, courteous, and understanding. What I really admire and respect about the staff of this Embassy is the rules and regulations of the property are nonnegotiable without a tolerance of negotiation. That protects me as a client and the company in all situations. Mrs. Erika and the rest of the guest relation staff, the head chef and the supporting staff for breakfast and the evening bartenders and guest receptions always create a awesome atmosphere and provide great service. If you are ever in Greenville, Sc 670 Verde Drive is where your home a way from home will be.
We usually stay four-star hotels for two or more days. Because of time and money we chose to do a one-nighter here. They have a built-in pool with jacuzzi, and a decent workout room. Every member of the staff were friendly and helpful.Sadly I forgot the name of the front desk lady . She was friendly, funny, and her service was above and beyond the minimum. My only complaint was not having hot eggs of some sort available on the breakfast menu. But I will certainly be going back for another stay. Walkability: Right around the corner there's multiple stores and restaurants.
Stayed here for a wedding and had a great time. Plenty of space in the rooms if some people need to sleep while others are in the living room area. The breakfast was good too and the staff was friendly and professional.
Our church District Conference was held at this hotel this week. I must commend Jay McDavid on his excellent customer service, patience, and helpfulness. We reserved seven rooms and had absolutely NO issues with reservations, the check-in process, changes, or charges. Jay made this a very seamless process while maintaining a great accommodating and attentive attitude. It is Jay’s professional demeanor that warranted five stars in Service. Thanks for all that you did to help us navigate through this process. All other services: breakfast, extra supplies and rooms were great as well. I would recommend this hotel is traveling to Greenville for the reasons aforementioned. Thanks again Jay!
Not overly updated but the staff is kind and you get two drink tickets for the cocktail hour plus they have one of the best continental breakfast that I have seen. Eggs made to order. Soy milk, fruit, many protein options and they serve with a smile on their face. I typically stay downtown when I visit Greenville but this is my new choice. Also, parking is plentiful and not confusing which I was seeing in other reviews.
I have been traveling for over 30 years and this was the best hotel experience I have had. The ride in on the shuttle with Shawn was fun and personable. The room was clean and spacious. I forgot my charger, the Mgr lent me one from his office. Sandy was great with getting my samples to me and the front desk helped me get them shipped out. I had to make some last minute adjustments to a presentation and was struggling with the driver on my laptop - at 11 o'clock at night Mr. Leitner came by asked if he could help. He had me email the material to him and he printed it out for me... All of the staff was top notch. I've paid more but never been treated better. Noteworthy details: Nice golf course
We were gifted a night stay after our wedding. We got there and the room was hot. We turned down the ac several times but never did the bedroom area get cool. We didn't say anything cause we were just happy to be together and didn't want to change the room since my sister in law decorated so beautiful for us. Other than it was a nice stay!
I found a baby roach in my bathroom, and because I was with a group, I didn't want to make waves. The breakfast was good, but the private dinner wasn't. The ATM had no money in it. There were no vending machines on the floor except the 3rd floor. The sodas were $4 in the little self-serving store. Will not recommend. . Food & drinks: $4 for a soda is a bit too much/ people like convenience. They don't want to have to go all the way down stairs just to get a soda either, and the ATM being out of money was just too many.
Nice hotel, with large inside seating area. Service very friendly. Nice outside pool area. Unfortunately no automatic room-service, a bit strange at that price-level. After 2 days stay I learned you can actively request room-service, but again that's a bit strange to do and was too late for my 3 day stay anyways. Rooms weren't renovated for a while I would say.
