All of the employees are amazing! The hotel was more than accommodating to me and my family. We did have a small issue when we pulled out the pullout bed. That issue was quickly fixed. The breakfast was great and the hotel was clean! The only sad part was the jacuzzi was removed. Would we do to or to stay here? Absolutely! We are already planning out next trip.
Great location and even though Embassy Suites is an older portion of the chain, they are likely my favorite. Rooms are large, nightly mixers included in the price, and a great breakfast if you like freshly made omelets. Staff was very curtious. Zero issues, good stay. Definatly one to add to the list if you are in the area!
This place is in much need of a renovation. Rooms smell like cigarette smoke. You feel like you walked back into the 1980s. I would not suggest this place to stay. Mold in the stairwell. Look for something newer. Service on the other hand, absolutely over-the-top. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Rooms: 1/5
From the entrance the hotel looks to be a very nice hotel. But once we arrived in our room you could immediately smell animal urine. As if it wasn’t cleaned properly. The bath tub wouldn’t drain. The shower rod was broken. The “complementary” soaps that were left in the shower were empty. There was no hand soap at ANY of the sinks. When we went down to the hotel bar/restaurant my husband and I sat there for 20min and were never greeted or served. For the price of the hotel a night you would think the rooms would be better kept. Rooms: Big but not cleaned very well. Food & drinks: The breakfast bar was nice and had complementary bar drinks from 5:30-7:00.
We used the Embassy Suites to host a formal event recently. Words fail to express how impressed I was with the wait and event staff. Mike was the event staff lead and his support was exceptional. He assisted our event planners and fulfilled every request. It was refreshing to see such a dedicated team: something uncommon in today's workforce. The food quality also exceeded expectations and was delivered on time and at the perfect temperature. Please consider using this location for any future formal or event needs. You will not be disappointed.
Not a bad place at all, it was clean, and the amenities were absolutely wonderful, they had someone making fresh omelets and eggs on site, had a bar and grill in the hotel. They let me use on of their board rooms free of charge for some business I had. The cons- room service could have been a little more on point instead of waiting t until 5 to service the room. The female bartender got mad when I asked why half my beer was foam and if I could just have a bottle instead, other than that, it was a great trip, great spot, and a great hotel.
Had a wonderful stay, rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was very good. I tried a voodoo IPA for the first time, was pretty good. Great service also .Thank you Embassy Suites for hosting our large group.
Room smelled like smoke non-smoking room and air wasn't cooling well. Had to get a box fan for a room I paid 179 a night for. No rooms to move us to because they had overbooked for the weekend. Breakfast was the best part!!Rooms: 2/5
First off wonderful service. Also great breakfast and happy hour. Was disappointed with room. It looked like our room had not been vacuumed for awhile. Refrigerator was gross. Pool area was disgusting and the water didn't look very clean.Rooms: 4/5
