We like eating here but tonight we were seated at a dirty table that wobbled very bad. Waited 10 minutes for the waiter to come . We ordered for starters Patti got a salad it came ok my soup took like 15 minutes after. Dinner was good. The place needs some care bar stool seats are ripped some have foam showing with holes in it .

Consistently good food. Extensive menu from bar good and appetizers to thick juicy burgers and steaks. Also one of the best fish Fry's anywhere; it's HUGE! Very peasant wait staff. Try the seafood bisque-Delish!

I’ve enjoyed dinning at Empire Grill about 10 Times in the past year. My first experience was a train wreck 7pm on a Saturday night with 6 kids but I wanted so bad to enjoy it I kept going back. I’m glad I did! The atmosphere is always pleasant and the food is good. The opportunity here, in my opinion of course, is flavor. Although the food is good, if it received a bit more seasoning and time it could be great!

Visited at night on a weekend. Somewhat busy, not overly crowded. Lots of space to dance, decent music but not great acoustics and music wasn't equalized well enough for the area. Not a huge deal for most people, I am a little particular, but no love lost for it. Prices varied, fancier stuff was expensive but plenty of reasonable options. I will definitely go back at some point, when life affords me the rare opportunity, this place certainly gets a strong consideration. Would recommend for people who enjoy the bar/club combination with loud music and a decent number of people without being packed like sardines. Lights and overall atmosphere made it more than just a bar, without being excessively "clubby."

Visited family in the area. They had pretty good expectations from various previous visits, however on this occasion there was a huge issue with customer service. The wait staff seemed to be very short handed seems as if only 2 people work there. It took a long time for us to get to order and receive drinks and then we were asked if we were ready to order food but we never got any menus. Maybe wait staff but looks to be faulty management that night.

Warm beer. Dirty plates. Vomit on the sidewalk near the parking lot entrance. Mediocre food in gigantic proportions. Strange combination of dance hall - sports bar - casual dining. I would go back to watch football if I could be assured of a COLD DRAFT BEER. I understand the owner spent $120K to upgrade the place from the former tenant. Not sure he got his money's worth. Maybe things will improve with time, but handing out dirty plates is inexcusable! The waitress, however, was delightful, charming and very sincere. If not for her, the experience would have been a total disaster.

Almost overwhelming menu and fantastic service! Had the jalapeno bottle caps and they were fantastic. I foresee repeated visits to try other menu items. I can see this being a great spot for sporting events as well

My 2 boys and I go here on a regular basis to watch the NFL football games and have been doing it for years. Very nice place, good food, nice bartenders and servers also. Drink and food prices are very reasonable. Huge bar area, and plenty of seating in the dining room and the back area has a bunch of high top tables to hang out as well. ATM on site, 2 dart boards, NYS Quickdraw lottery game. Overall, a good place to stop for drinks, or have dinner with your family.

We are regulars, love the food but the service is almost consistently horrible! We went tonight, there wasn't a wait but we stood for 10 minutes before being greeted and another 5 minutes before the women knew what was going on and where to seat us. We asked for a booster and she said she will have to look for one and never came back to give our child a booster. We waited another 15 minutes for our waitress to come over and greet us. Finally she came over and we just ordered our drinks and meals since we sat there so long. 15-20 minutes pass by and I'm really thirsty at this point it's been hot all day today so I must have looked frustrated when another waitress asked if someone had taken our drinks and I told her I think so lol. She went to find our waitress and asked if she needed help and she said no and then gave us our drinks. Several minutes passed and she came over to let me know that the Specials that are posted at the front door for today they no longer have prime rib. So I asked for a menu as she stared at me and asked what else I would like. She dropped off the menu and I had to call for her to place my food order as she had forgotten about me. Finally after a while our meals came and she couldn't remember what my husband had ordered and went back to the kitchen to find his meal. My chicken Caesar salad was terribly soggy, my son said the chips and hot dog was spicy and burned, my daughter never touched her spaghetti and I tasted it and the sauce was store bought jar sauce. 10-15 flies kept landing in our food the entire time this was the worst part of the experience! We finally asked if we can get the booster chair we requested and silverware as the kids were eating with their fingers. We waited several minutes and my husband went to the bar to get the silverware and booster seat. It was a terrible experience with flies and feeling neglected. Their service is consistently the same, need to implement some kind of customer service training program!
