The front office is so accommodating. Everyday, so pleasant. The resort is having a number of renovations. Nice to see improvements being made. I love the rules of the resort. It’s nicely run and safe for the lot of people. My neighbors as well, so nice.
These are large sites for any rv to fit in. Love the heated pools and hot tub. Nice entrance to get in. Check out at 11 am and check in 12 pm. Very small park for toddler age . The lake view is great! Love all the birds! My downfall for not a 5 star is no activities for the kids. We swam and often was bored wanting to do something. We will be back! You can get mail here and it's free!
If you have children, go somewhere else. This campground is not family friendly. Children are not allowed to play outside of your camp site, unlike other campgrounds where the children can roam, a short distance. There is a small playground, smaller than a fast-food restaurant playground, that you can bring them to and sit there for the 5 minutes, maybe that it takes them to play. Just not a friendly park in general. We're a fulltime traveling family and this was the first park where it seemed no one was friendly. The spot we were in had not been kept up, entire pad was broken concrete. The streets are small and can be really hard to get your camper in and out of, especially if you have bigger unit. I have 36' travel trailer and had to go into the spot across the street to back into my spot because of hos narrow the road was. There are so many better place to stay in the Kissimmee area and Clermont area. Don't waste your time here.
I was charged $25 for late check out for 25 mins over. I understand it's the rules but the site wasn't booked so I believe a courtesy could have been extended. Spoke with the Manager Crystal and she accused me of yelling at her staff. Crystal wasnt there that day but her staff lied about what happened. I Definitely didnt yell at anyone...!!! Perhaps the $25 fees they charged will go towards the upkeep of the facility. This Place not so bad if you don't have to staff to in the office, and you don't mind having any cellphone signal. This place should be your last choice. TROPICAL PALM IS A MUCH BETTER CHOICE!!! If I would've read the reviews about the Manager Crystal I wouldn't have wasted my time speaking to her. SHE IS EXACTLY HOW SHE IS DESCRIBED IN THE REVIEWS
Just moved here in a cottage as a full time resident. I love the neighborhood feel at this RV campground. It's quiet but with lots of options to fill your day.
Very nice campground. We loved our stay. Only challenge was internet could not connect properly during our entire stay even if it was a paid service.
Large spaces, and great staff. Super sandy, ants are an issue, found screws in the gravel site and cable was spotty. The pool and bath house parking is used as over fill parking so that sucks when it's hot outside and your spot is far from a shower by time you walk back to your camper you'll need another shower. Location is good close to Disney, Publix, Aldi. Traffic can be horrible. Tip if you have plants rabbits will eat them at night.
Nice place, but awful service - they kicked us off our paid and booked well in advance site right on NY eve. So we had to meet the New Year on a random gas station parking during the US vacation
There are plenty of beautiful and well priced RV sites in this area. I DO NOT recommended this one if you are not 55+. Waste of money and horrible staff. Also if you are looking for privacy this is not for you. Everyone is in your business and not in a good way. I also agree the manager is NOT people friendly.
It's definitely a come as you are place. Nice and middle of the road. A very good option for all sorts of reasons, likely yours. Decent amenities.
