Was only in town for a week, so took advantage of Enlighten's vacationer week-long pass. Super happy I did! The studio–and equipment–are super high quality, and the space feels consciously curated. I was really impressed by the quality/style of the teachers, who all bring something different and unique to the class flow. Amber's class was incredible, a yogi highlight for the year for sure. Would love to become a full-time member–if only I lived here :
As a Park City , local realtor, I absolutely love Enlighten wellness! Brandy is one of my favorite instructors and teaches a hot flow class that is a blend of Bikram yoga and Vinyasa. The community at a Enlighten Wellness is one that is close and very inclusive. They sell locally sourced, candles, and honey and clothing ! They run special events all the time making at a very diverse offering. If you are looking for a hot yoga class and studio, I would definitely recommend checking it out.
If you are visiting or live in Park City, Enlighten Wellness should be your go-to studio! I was visiting my friend in Park City who practices at the studio and he was so excited to bring me because of how much this studio has positively impacted his life. It lived up to the hype! The ambiance of the studio is so welcoming, warm and vibrant with a spacious studio space and outstanding clean facilities. Megan and Sofia were uplifting and insightful teachers who were pure sunshine in human form and made me feel right at home. I can't wait to go back!
The best yoga classes I have ever taken, they are great for experienced and new participants. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are really nice and clean.
I LOVE ENLIGHTEN! Beth’s Tuesday morning sculpt class in particular has been a lifesaver for mental and physical well-being during this long and seemingly never ending winter. I live in salt lake but actually look forward to driving up here for class before work. Also I’m super grateful they have showers and amenities for those of us that have to clean up after a sweaty class! I’ve also been to a full moon cacao ceremony here which I would recommend The owners are doing a solid to the community offering such amazing classes at prices that are affordable not just for park city’s elite, but for the average person who works and lives up here. I really appreciate all you do! Great studio, wonderful teachers and fun community!
While experiencing severe lower back pain I reached out to Enlighten on a Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. in hopes of booking a float. Brandi went out of her way to find someone to come in to help me out and by 10:30 I was at the Studio. It was my first float experience, but it won’t be my last. While I am still experiencing back pain, I was able to experience an hour of relief and relaxation and have regained some mobility. Thank you, Brandi and Amber for going out of your way to help.
I absolutely found a gem of a studio in Park City. My first stop is typically a class at Enlighten Wellness when I arrive from NYC. As a former dancer with New York City Ballet I love a challenging but nurturing environment. Enlighten has a wonderful assortment of classes and teachers and each one is fabulous. It’s definitely a special spot and not your typical chain yoga studio.
This studio is my happy place! You will never walk out of another studio feeling as calm and relaxed as this one. Enlighten offers a wide range of classes and makes it easy for you to modify or take your practice up a notch. Misty and the yoga instructors are wonderful to work with and really understand the importance of treating your body with kindness and respect.
Love this yoga studio space, prospector location is easy to find and to park, lots of class options and convenient times, and instructors are so amazing and new owners are so lovely. Always a pleasure to come here
