Thank you Matthew Meek for helping my husband and I the other day when we returned our Mazda that we rented. I appreciate you helping us out about our concerns with the bill and the situation with the car. I'm giving you guys 5 stars because this store in particular really helped us out. We didn't book an appointment to come and get our vehicle that our insurance company had made a reservation for. Literally the next morning after getting in an accident we dropped in and they were able to offer a vehicle for us thankfully. I now know to make an appointment and will do so from now on. But you guys made our situation easier by helping us with that and the no hassle extension on our rental was greatly appreciated. We will be going back if we ever need to rent a car again. Thanks again guys!
This office is awesome! Harvey the manager helped me out. He was super nice and friendly to my family. We needed a car last minute to go on a trip and he gave us a lot of options and went over everything to help me and my family make a decision. I see why Harvey is the manager….he’s absolutely awesome and helped me when I was in need. Thank you Harvey!
The cars I rented were terrible. First one was a Chevy Eqinox which was garbage. Burned 300 dollars of gas and the car hurt my back and hips to drive. Second car was a Honda Crv with snow tires in Sacramento! Has hog and it smelled like pee and sucked gas big time. Not happy and will never rent from here again.
I had a 7:30 a reservation it is now 8:45 and my car is still not on the lot . They are picking it up now . Reservations mean nothing . I called to verify my reservations and was told I had a reservation at 7:30 a lot of good it did .
They always come through for me. Very nice. And very fast.
Always all I need plus some! This process can be clunky but ERAC just makes it easy!!!! Gotta love good customer service as its rare now-adays!!!

The fine folks at this Enterprise Rent a Car location are friendly, professional and efficient. There is always a wide variety of cars and trucks to select from to rent. I always get a fair deal when renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Horrible management. The person who runs this business, Harvey Singh is the most unhelpful Worker I have ever met. They have zero communication and do not try to fix there mistakes. Avoid this enterprise by any means necessary. Absolutely horrible customer service, zero communication, extremely rude, petty, and unprofessional. I am not sure how Harvey was put in a leadership role but he is terrible at his job and should not be in the custom service industry.
