I had a 7:30 a reservation it is now 8:45 and my car is still not on the lot . They are picking it up now . Reservations mean nothing  . I called to verify my reservations and was told I had a reservation at 7:30 a lot of good it did .

Not a good location. Everyone walks around lost. Showed them my ID. Waited for a rep for about an hour and only asking once if someone was coming. This is typical service in today's society. I got up and left and went to Hertz.

This is the best place I've ever rented a car. Everything happens quickly and without any problems.  I live nearby, so we'll see each other more often

I had a wonderful experience with this Citrus Heights location. Their customer service was phenomenal.

If I could put 0 stars I would BEWARE this place is a scam HARVEY and the manager will try to keep your deposit and say that you never made a payment with proof from your bank with a transfer number that goes straight to the Citrus Heights enterprise corporate was able to see what we saw there is a corporate investigation going on with there location once is all said and done all of the ignorant employees at this branch that made us feel incompetent will reap the consequences of there actions they are the most unprofessional people I have ever been in contact with the way they talk to people is insane please don’t let them do what they did to us !!

Horrible management. The person who runs this business, Harvey Singh is the most unhelpful Worker I have ever met. They have zero communication and do not try to fix there mistakes. Avoid this enterprise by any means necessary. Absolutely horrible customer service, zero communication, extremely rude, petty, and unprofessional.  I am not sure how Harvey was put in a leadership role but he is terrible at his job and should not be in the custom service industry.

This is the only place I will rent a vehicle. The staff are all so nice. Harvey and Jose always take excellent care of me. I am so happy with their service and their vehicles!

I have been standing in the cold for half an hour waiting for my pick up appointment. 15 minutes after the set appointment time I called and they said they'd get someone out to me. 15 minutes after that I called and they claimed all drivers were busy, even though I had set an appointment a week in advance. This place is the definition of unprofessional. We are going on 45 mins.

The fine folks at this Enterprise Rent a Car location are friendly, professional and efficient.  There is always a wide variety of cars and trucks to select from to rent.  I always get a fair deal when renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

I was stranded, Hyundai was out of loner vehicles and all other Enterprise locations nearby were out of cars! This location got me a great car and let me easily extend my rental every few days, when it was determined Hyundai had no idea when my car would be available. Customer device is great. Highly recommend this location. Thank you!
